Cahayag Youth Organization - CAYO

Cahayag Youth Organization - CAYO CAYO will adhere to the centers of participation under Republic Act No. 10742.

CAHAYAG YOUTH ORGANIZATION (CAYO) envisions to provide opportunities and platforms for the youth to develop and empower so that they can be agents of a transformative community. Moreover, its mission is to uplift the legacy of the youth of Cahayag, empower the youth thru various platforms and create strategic plans which are framed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

The organization will also serve as an arm to the Sangguniang Kabataan in project implemention which are stipulated in the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program and Three-year Development Plan. The organization will surely be guided by the three core values: Panaghiusa (Solidarity), Panaghigala (Companionship) and Panagtambayayong (Collaboration)
We can make things happen because CAYO is FIRE and we all have the BURNING PASSION TO SERVE!
