𝗢𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Osorio Journo held its 6th Regular Session on September 13, 2026 (Sunday), at the Barangay Session Hall in Barangay Osorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite.

The session was presided over by Hon. Joseph T. Bernal, SK Councilor and Editor-in-Chief of Osorio Journo.

The meeting officially commenced at 2:38 PM and concluded at 5:39 PM, with 18 members present and 2 members absent.

The council tackled matters related to the organization's internal operations, upcoming activities, and other concerns. All agenda items presented during the session were discussed and approved by the council.

The City Government of Trece Martires, through the City Health Office, in coordination with the Sangguniang Barangay Osorio, is conducting a seminar on Substance Abuse Prevention and Mental Health Awareness today, September 9, 2026, at the Francisco Osorio Integrated Senior High School.

The activity aims to educate the youth on the effects of substance abuse, the importance of mental health, and making responsible choices.

The event is facilitated by Ms. Ana Diomela B. Bragais, who shares valuable insights and guidance on these important concerns.

Through this initiative, the participating youth are encouraged to make informed decisions and contribute to building a healthier and safer community.

The SK Osorio Sports League 2026 holds its awarding ceremony for the Basketball and Volleyball Divisions today, August 30, 2026, at the Barangay Covered Court, recognizing the teams and outstanding players who competed throughout the league.

The ceremony also recognizes the winners of the Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) 2026 activities, held under this year’s theme, “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships.” These include the Infogra-Fix Competition, Deba-Tech Competition, and Mobile Legends Tournament.

The activities brought together Osor-Youths with different interests and skills, giving them opportunities to compete, collaborate, and take part in the sports and LNK 2026 celebrations.

The SK Osorio LNK 2026: Mobile Legends Tournament is taking place today, August 30, 2026, at the Barangay Session Hall as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) 2026, with this year’s theme, “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships.”

The tournament brings together young gamers showcasing their skills, teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship.

The activity also promotes the use of technology as a means of connecting and engaging the youth through organized competition and community activities.

The Treceños Youth Summit-TRES-E: Engagement, Empowerment, and Equity, with the theme “Bawat Sektor May Espasyo, May Boses ang Kabataang Treceño,” is taking place today, August 29, 2026, at the Bagong Trece People’s Park as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) 2026 celebration, carrying the theme “Different Context, Common Aspiration.”

Youth organizations from different sectors are present and actively participating in various activities and discussions aimed at strengthening their leadership, encouraging engagement, and empowering them to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The presence of SK Federation President Hon. John Allyson Sepacio, Vice Mayor Hon. Romeo “Bobby” L. Montehermoso Jr., who is celebrating his birthday today, and Hon. Aldrin Anacan further ignited the spirit of the youth through their welcoming remarks and messages of support despite the cold and gloomy weather.

As the summit continues, may the youth remain determined to pursue paths that not only contribute to their personal growth but also create meaningful change in their communities. Through informed choices, active participation, and responsible leadership, the youth can help shape a better future for the nation.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: Osor-Youth Gather for Deba-Tech Competition 2026

Youth from Barangay Osorio gathered today, August 21, 2026, at the Barangay Osorio Covered Court to take part in the ongoing Deba-Tech Competition 2026, held as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan celebration.

Spearheaded by Committee Chairperson on Capacity Building and Youth Affairs, Hon. Joseph T. Bernal, the event is being conducted in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Osorio Council. Delegates composed of members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan and school organization are arriving and actively participating in the competition.

The event serves as a vibrant platform for youth to sharpen their public speaking, critical thinking, and leadership skills while celebrating the spirit of youth empowerment this Linggo ng Kabataan.
