📢 WALANG PASOK | AUGUST 20, 2026

Dahil sa patuloy na epekto ng Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) at alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131, s. 2026 ng Malacañang, suspendido ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas (All Levels) sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Trece Martires.

Maaaring ipatupad ang alternative learning modes para sa pagpapatuloy ng pag-aaral, alinsunod sa mga patakaran at abiso ng bawat paaralan.

Para naman sa mga government offices, ipatutupad ang naaangkop na Alternative Work Arrangements. Ang mga tanggapan at personnel naman na kabilang sa basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang vital services ay magpapatuloy sa operasyon upang matiyak ang paghahatid ng kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Samantala, ang suspensyon o pagpapatupad ng alternative work arrangements sa mga pribadong kumpanya at tanggapan ay nakadepende sa pagpapasya ng kanilang pamunuan.

📢 SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES | AUGUST 19, 2026

Due to the continuing rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools in Trece Martires City are suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).

Schools are advised to implement Alternative Distance Learning to ensure the continuity of learning.

Please exercise due caution and remain vigilant. The public is advised to rely solely on official announcements and advisories issued by the City Government of Trece Martires.

These are government-mandated costs, which include:

1.Government Taxes

This cover applicable taxes on electricity services:
Value Added Tax and Energy Tax (for residential customers consuming over 650 kWh), which go to the national government
Real Property Tax and Local Franchise Tax, which go to Local Government Units

2. Lifeline Subsidy

This is used to provide bill discount to 4Ps beneficiaries and certified-marginalized customers consuming 100 kWh and below. This is remitted to Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management.

3. Senior Citizen Subsidy

This is used to provide bill discount to senior citizens consuming 100 kWh and below, as well as DSWD-accredited institutions for the elderly.

4. Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FiT-All)

This supports the development of renewable energy projects under the Feed-in Tariff Program. It is set annually by the ERC and is remitted to the National Transmission Corporation.

5. Green Energy Auction allowance (GEA-All)

This funds the development of renewable energy projects like solar, wind, and hydro. It supports the Green Energy Auction Program (GEAP), a government program where renewable energy projects are selected through competitive bidding to ensure the lowest possible cost for customers. This is remitted to the National Transmission Corporation (TransCo).

6. Universal Charges

This covers the following and is remitted to PSALM (Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management):
6.1 Missionary Electrification: funds electricity service in remote or off-grid communities that are not connected to the national grid transmission system, and are difficult or costly to serve
6.2 Environmental Charge: a fixed charge of P0.0025/kWh, used for watershed rehabilitation and management and is managed by the National Power Corporation
6.3 NPC stranded debts cover the unpaid financial obligations of the NPC

✅ FREE Consultation (by appointment)
✅ FREE Spay and Neuter (by appointment)

Upang mapabilis ang proseso ng pagpaparehistro, hinihikayat ang lahat ng pet owners na magsagawa ng online registration bago ang itinakdang iskedyul.

Para naman sa mga hindi makakapag-online registration, maaari pa rin kayong magparehistro sa mismong araw ng aktibidad. Mangyaring magdala ng isang (1) valid government-issued ID at aktibong email address upang kayo ay aming matulungan sa pagpaparehistro.
