In a world that constantly tells us to keep on moving forward, it becomes easy to forget that Mental health is often overlooked, yet it is the very foundation of how we live, learn, and connect with others. Behind every smile might be a silent struggle, and behind every โIโm fineโ ๐ข๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ฉ ๐ก๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐๐ค๐ง๐ฉ.
Taking care of our mental well-being is not a sign of weaknessโ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐. It means acknowledging our limits, asking for help when we need it, and understanding that itโs okay to rest. The simple words, โPahinga ka munaโ or โPagod na โko,โ remind us that being human means we sometimes falterโ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉโ๐จ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ก๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฃ๐.
Not just as a student, but as an individual, we must learn to listen without judgment and to extend compassion to those who are struggling.
Mental health matters because every thought, every feeling, and every person matters. May we learn to listen deeper, care harder, and remind one another that Together, we can create a culture where healing is celebrated, not hiddenโ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐.
