The Paragon Village Executive Homeowners Association Inc. (PVEXHOAI) recently attended an important meeting with the Barangay Cabuco Officials, headed by Hon. Abet Montehermoso and his Council, together with representatives from the Trece Martires Police.
Representing PVEXHOAI were Vice President Elpidio Bugarin Jr., Grievance Committee Head Dominador Engcoy Jr. together with Connie Mata, and members of the Peace and Order Committee, Ms. Jam and Sir B**g. Held at the Session Hall of Barangay Cabuco.
The meeting focused on strengthening our collective efforts in addressing concerns affecting our community, including:
Theft prevention and community security
Responsible management and proper care of pet dogs and cats
Cleanliness and concerns regarding unpleasant odors
Proper handling, documentation, and referral of peace and order concerns
Strengthening coordination between barangay officials, community leaders, and residents
The discussion emphasized that maintaining a safe, clean, peaceful, and orderly community requires cooperation and active participation from everyone.
We also recognize the importance of properly documenting concerns, following established barangay procedures, and referring matters to the appropriate authorities when necessary.
Together, through proper communication, coordination and responsible community participation, we can build a safer and better Paragon Village for everyone.
