AUGUST IS OUR MONTH! PAMILYA ⚡

Hindi lang ito pagdiriwang—ito ay isang buwang puno ng pagkilos, paglilingkod, pamumuno, at pagbibigay inspirasyon sa kapwa kabataan.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Kabataan at 3rd Year Anniversary ng BOSS OG PAMILYA, sama-sama nating ipapakita ang tunay na diwa ng kabataang may layunin. Mula sa sports clinic, environmental initiatives, youth summits, leadership conventions, wellness festival, hanggang sa ating championship game at anniversary celebration—patuloy nating ipapakita na ang bawat hakbang ay may saysay.

3rd Quarterly Meeting | Manila Youth Development Council 🇵🇭

Last August 4, 2026, the Manila Youth Development Council (MYDC) successfully conducted its 3rd Quarterly Meeting, bringing together youth leaders committed to empowering the young people of Manila.

The meeting focused on the discussion of various resolutions, programs, and initiatives, along with the collaborative preparations of the MYDC and the SK Federation for the upcoming Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 this August.

Together, we continue to strengthen youth participation, promote meaningful leadership, and create programs that will inspire and benefit every young Manileño.

Here's to working hand in hand for a more empowered, united, and active youth community.

4TH SESSION | BOSS OG PAMILYA TRAINING
Baseco Youth Cares kasama ang BATY

Hindi natatapos ang paglago sa isang training lang. Ang tunay na pagbabago ay bunga ng paulit-ulit na pagpili na bumangon, magpakapagod, at magpatuloy kahit mahirap.

Ngayong ika-4 na session ng ating BOSS OG PAMILYA Training, patuloy nating hinuhubog ang bawat kabataan hindi lamang upang maging mahusay na atleta, kundi upang maging disiplinado, responsable, at matatag na indibidwal sa loob at labas ng basketball court.

Sa pamamagitan ng programa ng Baseco Youth Cares, katuwang ang BATY, patuloy nating pinauunlad ang disiplina, pisikal na lakas, mataas na basketball IQ, mabilis na pagdedesisyon, at ang tamang pag-uugali bilang isang atleta at lider. Dahil ang sports ay hindi lang tungkol sa panalo—ito ay tungkol sa paghubog ng karakter, respeto, tiyaga, at pagkakaisa.

"Talent can win games, but discipline and character create champions."

Hindi lahat magiging professional player, pero lahat ay may pagkakataong maging mabuting tao. At kung may matututunan man sila sa bawat ensayo, sana ay hindi lang tamang depensa at opensa, kundi ang aral ng sipag, respeto, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa komunidad.

Sa bawat patak ng pawis, may nabubuong pangarap. Sa bawat pagod, may nadadagdag na lakas. At sa bawat araw na hindi sumusuko, mas lumalapit tayo sa mga pangarap na dati'y tila napakalayo.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng kabataang patuloy na nagpapakita ng dedikasyon at determinasyon. Huwag kayong mapagod mangarap, at lalong huwag kayong titigil magsikap. Ang ginagawa ninyo ngayon ang magiging pundasyon ng tagumpay ninyo bukas.

Hindi tayo nagsasanay para maging mas magaling kaysa sa iba. Nagsasanay tayo para maging mas mahusay kaysa sa kahapon nating sarili. 💙🏀

LEADERS ARE MADE, NOT JUST ELECTED. 🇵🇭✨

Ngayong araw, matagumpay nating dinaluhan ang SK Mandatory Training, kung saan naging kinatawan ng BOSS OG PAMILYA ang ating Vice President na si Edward Deñoso at Treasurer na si Randon Tan.

Hindi lang ito isang ordinaryong seminar. Isa itong pagkakataon upang mabigyan ng mas malalim na kaalaman, tamang mindset, at mahahalagang kasanayan ang mga susunod na magiging bahagi ng Manila Youth Development Council (MYDC).

Bilang mga future youth leaders, mahalagang maintindihan nila ang tunay na responsibilidad ng paglilingkod—kung paano maging epektibong lider, gumawa ng mga programang makakatulong sa kapwa kabataan, makinig sa boses ng komunidad, at maging inspirasyon sa susunod pang henerasyon.

Ang leadership ay hindi lang tungkol sa posisyon, kundi sa puso, disiplina, at dedikasyong maglingkod. Ang bawat training, bawat lecture, at bawat aral na natutunan ngayon ay magiging pundasyon upang mas maging handa silang harapin ang mga hamon at responsibilidad bilang mga lider ng kabataan sa buong Maynila.

Patuloy nating ihahanda ang mga kabataang may malinaw na pangarap, tamang pananaw, at pusong handang magsilbi. Dahil naniniwala tayo na ang tunay na pagbabago ay nagsisimula sa mga lider na may integridad, malasakit, at aksyon.

Congratulations sa lahat ng participants! Tuloy lang ang pagkatuto, paglago, at paglilingkod. Para sa kabataan. Para sa Maynila. Para sa mas magandang kinabukasan.

Isang napakalaking congratulations sa aming Primary ng BOSS OG PAMILYA, Christian Bunag, sa pagpasa sa Aspire Leaders Program, isang leadership program na itinatag sa Harvard para sa mga future leaders mula sa iba't ibang panig ng mundo.

Nakaka-proud isipin na may isang lider mula sa aming pamilya na patuloy na pinipiling matuto, lumago, at ihanda ang sarili para mas marami pang buhay ang ma-inspire at ma-impluwensyahan.

Patunay ito na hindi hadlang ang pinanggalingan mo. Ang tunay na sukatan ng isang tao ay ang kanyang pangarap, dedikasyon, at kagustuhang maging mas mabuting lider.

BOSS OG PAMILYA is beyond basketball. We build character. We develop leaders. We create impact.
