The Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan extends its deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the family of Manang Ella Macabanti.

Ella was a devoted member of the Katipunan ng Kabataan and rendered valuable service in our Barangay under the Government Internship Program (GIP) of Senator Loren Legarda. Her unwavering dedication, vibrant spirit, and kind heart made a lasting impact not only in our community but most especially among the youth of our barangay.

We will always remember the memories we shared with her—the laughter, the joy, the cheers, and the deep friendships she helped foster. Her talent, warm smile, and genuine passion for service left a mark that will never be forgotten.

Ella’s commitment to youth empowerment and community development speaks volumes of the kind of person she was—selfless, spirited, and full of hope.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Aras-asan, in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) - Antique, invites all interested youth to join a 2-Day Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar on June 28–29, 2025 at the Pascual M. Osuyos Memorial High School Student Center.

This initiative is part of our commitment to promoting peace, security, and public safety in the community.

📝 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆) 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.
