However, during the preparation process, the council encountered limitations in budget allocation and transaction-related concerns which affected the immediate implementation of the league. Because of these circumstances, the council decided to ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ-๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ฒ.
In an effort to still pursue the league, the council initially decided to ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ. Furthermore, ample time was given for player registration, with the original deadline set on May 17, 2026. To give more consideration and accommodate additional participants, the council extended the deadline until May 19, 2026. This extension was made to ensure that all interested puroks would have sufficient opportunity to complete and submit their official lineups.
Despite these efforts, only one purok was able to submit a complete official lineup within the given period. Several other puroks also expressed difficulties in completing their teams due to the limited number of available players, as many residents are currently working or residing outside the barangay.
After careful evaluation of all circumstances, the council concluded that proceeding with the league would no longer be practical. The decision to cancel was made ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐.
The Sangguniang Kabataan Council sincerely appreciates everyoneโs understanding, patience, and continued support. We remain committed to organizing more inclusive, well-planned, and meaningful activities for the youth and the entire community in the future.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Council would like to inform everyone that the ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ-๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ธ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ฒ 2026 is officially ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐.
This decision was made due to the following circumstances:
1. The original registration deadline was set on May 17, 2026. To accommodate interested participants and allow more time for team completion, the council extended the registration period until May 19, 2026, prior to the scheduled opening today, May 20, 2026.
2. Despite the extension, ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ธ was able to ๐๐๐ฏ๐บ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ-๐๐ฝ in each division: Midget, Junior, and Senior.
3. Several puroks also ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐น๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ป๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ for their respective divisions.
Given the insufficient number of participating teams, the council has decided to ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ฒ.
The council sincerely appreciates everyone who showed support and interest in this event.
