The recent Typhoon Uwan has shown us once again how we must look out for each other — especially when the weather, terrain, and circumstances threaten our safety and well-being.

Here at BKD, we stand not only against drugs, but for community strength, solidarity, and support — and that means being ready when events like this hit.

What we’re focusing on right now:
✔️ Checking in with members, friends, and neighbours: Are you safe? Do you have necessities?
✔️ Sharing accurate info: The typhoon brought strong winds, heavy rain, wide-ranging impact across Luzon.
✔️ Encouraging positive actions: Helping in evacuation centres, volunteering for clean-up, resisting panic, staying away from unhealthy coping behaviours (because facing crises sometimes leads to risky choices).
✔️ Keeping our eyes on mental health: Big storms, big changes. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or tempted to escape in unhelpful ways—reach out. We’re a barkada and we care.

If you or someone you know is in an affected area, comment “I’m OK” or “Need help” so we can coordinate support.

Ilan lamang ito sa mga tanong na maraming lihim na hindi masabi ng direkta at totoo , Lingid man sa inyong kaalaman ay very actively ang cases ng suicidal dito sa ating lugar na maaaring ang cause ay problema sa bahay, pag-aaral, personal problem o maging problema sa pag-ibig na nagiging dulot ng pagkalito at pagkakaroon ng magulong isipan ngunit palagi niyong tatandaan mahalaga ang isang buhay , malaki ang papel mo dito sa mundo at mayroon kang halaga kahit minsan ramdam mo na nag-iisa ka ay lahat ng nararamdaman mo ay valid at may halaga🙌🏻🤲🏻

Kahit nalilito ka na at pakiramdam mo patapon na ang buhay mo, yung isip niyo darating sa point na iisipin niyo na "SIGURO PAG NAWALA AKO MASAYA NA SILA, MAKIKITA NILA ANG HALAGA KO" ito ay mali dahil kahit kailan "MAHALAGA KA AT MAY HALAGA KA" huwag naman na dadating kayo/tayo sa point na ganiyan na ang iisipin dahil palagi niyong tatandaan "God is not leaving you/us even our body are home of sins"❤️
