Last March 29, Kuya Jake Kok defined to us what it truly means ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—š๐—ผ๐—ฑ. Taas-taas kamay sa mga feeling main character diyan.๐Ÿ˜… Naku, main character na nga, director pa, writer pa? Eh kasi naman, madalas gusto natin sa lahat ng bagay, tayo yung nasusunodโ€”kontrolado, planned, at ayon sa gusto natin. ๐Ÿ˜‘

Pero ayon sa Ephesians 2:1โ€“10, hindi tayo ginawa para manatiling stuck sa dati nating buhay. We were once spiritually โ€œdead,โ€ but ๐—š๐—ผ๐—ฑ, ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—›๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ, ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐˜‚๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒโ€”not because we earned it, but because ๐—›๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜‚๐˜€. Thatโ€™s why surrendering isnโ€™t losing controlโ€”itโ€™s trusting the One who actually has it. In a world where love is often temporary, nakadepende sa feelings, at dapat daw laging convenient, God shows us something different.
