🏸 COURT RESERVATION RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. First Come, First Served
* Court reservations shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment Required Upon Reservation
* Reservations are only considered confirmed upon full payment of the applicable court fee.
* Payment may be made in person or through the HOA’s office or online payment channels.
3. No Verbal Reservations
* Verbal reservations, phone calls, text messages, or informal requests shall not be accepted without payment.
* A reservation is valid only after payment has been made and verified.
4. Online Payment Reservations
* Homeowners who pay online must immediately submit proof of payment to the HOA Admin - Ms. Jackie.
* Reservation confirmation shall be issued only after payment has been verified by the HOA Admin - Ms. Jackie
5. Payment Verification
* Only verified payments shall be considered valid for reservation confirmation.
6. Unpaid Slots Remain Available
* Any requested slot without verified payment shall remain open for reservation by others.
7. Reservation Confirmation
* Confirmation from the HOA Admin shall serve as proof of reservation.
8. Observe Reserved Schedule
* Players must strictly follow their reserved schedule and vacate the court promptly at the end of their allotted time.
9. No on the spot schedule. It should be 1 day prior to the schedule date of court rental.

Holiday Schedule – Admin Office Closure

Please be informed that the Pagsibol Village Teresa – Admin Office will be CLOSED and there will be NO WORK on the following dates in observance of the holidays:

• December 24, 2025 (Wednesday)
• December 25, 2025 (Thursday)
• December 30, 2025 (Tuesday)
• December 31, 2025 (Wednesday)
• January 1, 2026 (Thursday)

Regular office operations will resume on the next working day after the holidays.

We kindly advise all homeowners who need to process permits, pay Monthly Dues (MD), or avail of any administrative services to please do so before the holiday break to avoid inconvenience.

Thank You, Lord, for today’s successful Clean-Up Drive 🙏
We are truly thankful for the time, effort, and willingness of the homeowners of Pagsibol Village who came together to care for our community.

We would also like to express our special thanks to our HOA President Macky, who initiated and led this clean-up drive. Your leadership, initiative, and heart for service inspired many of us to participate and work together for the good of our village. 🌿
