From the People, For the People.

This 13th of June, the delegates of GoodGovCon 2026, with the theme “Tayo ang Gobyerno: Sama-samang Pagkilos ng Kabataan para sa Mabuting Pamamahala,” took their oath at the M.I.C.E. Center in Quezon City.

Among the 150 applicants from across the Philippines, Angat Teresa Founder and President Karr Cedric Camalig was among those who took the oath as a GoodGov PH Youth Board Fellow for 2026–2027, reaffirming his commitment to good governance and meaningful youth participation. He carried not only the banner of Angat Teresa, but also the stories, values, aspirations, and voices of the different sectors and youth communities that we represent. Angat Teresa members Faith Francisco and Adrian Oliver Pagarao were also present in support of the movement and the ideals that the conference promotes.

May this experience inspire more young people, especially those in Teresa, to continue building an inclusive, empowered, and productive community.

May it also serve as a reminder that power ultimately belongs to the people, not to those who hold positions of authority. Public office is a trust given by the people and must always be exercised for the betterment of the community, never for personal interests nor to silence or oppress the marginalized.

ICYMI: Last June 12, 2026, Angat Teresa joined the commemoration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day alongside the youth sector, the Local Youth Development Council, and various sectors of the Local People's Council. We also offered flowers in honor of our heroes whose sacrifices secured our freedom.

As young people, we should never be underestimated. We are not only shaping the future, we are making an impact today. Through leadership, service, and active citizenship, the youth continue to be a force for positive change in our communities and our nation.

This World Environment Day, remember that every tree we plant, every waste we properly dispose or choose to repurpose, brings a big impact on the environment. Change starts with you, for the world and the future that awaits us.

Climate change has been a relevant issue and is becoming worse as years pass. Let us evaluate how we consume our natural resources. See the impacts we impose on the environment.

This overwhelming turnout reflects hope, responsibility, and a shared commitment to shaping a better future for our community.

For those who still wish to register, please be reminded that registration is open only until 5:00 PM today. Kindly bring one (1) valid ID and don’t forget to stay hydrated by bringing water, as queues may be expected.

Our future is at stake. This is our chance to take responsibility and take part in the decisions that will shape our lives ahead.

MAGPAREHISTRO KA NA, KABATAANG TERESAÑO! 🇵🇭

Kung nais mong makakita ng pagbabago sa ating bansa, magsimula tayo sa tamang pagpili ng mga lider na tunay na magsisilbi sa mamamayan. Ang bawat boto ay may kapangyarihang humubog ng mas maayos, mas makatarungan, at mas progresibong kinabukasan para sa lahat.

Huwag nating sayangin ang pagkakataong marinig ang ating boses. Ang pagbabago ay hindi lamang hinihintay, ito ay sama-samang ipinaglalaban at hinuhubog. Ipanalo natin ang Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng responsable at matalinong pagboto.

Ilang araw na lamang bago ang huling araw ng voter registration sa May 18, 2026. Kaya tara na at magparehistro!

Angat Teresa goes to GABAY! 💙

Last May 12–13, 2026, Angat Teresa proudly participated in GABAY: Gabay sa Aksyon at Buhay ng Aktibong Youth, a youth-centered initiative that promotes drug awareness and prevention, mental health, early pregnancy awareness, inclusive leadership, and responsible decision-making among young people.

The activity became a meaningful space for learning, empowerment, and youth engagement, encouraging participants to make informed choices, build healthy relationships, and become active advocates of positive change in the community.

Led by the Teresa Rizal Local Youth Development Office, in collaboration with the Municipal Government of Teresa, Municipal Anti-Drugs Abuse Office, Municipal Health Office, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

ICYMI: Last April 22, 2026, Angat Teresa participated in Tuklas-Kalikasan: Rizal-Wide Environmental Summit held at Masungi Georeserve, in collaboration with Angat Rizal and Tanay Youth Vote.

In line with the observance of Earth Day, the summit served as a meaningful platform to deepen environmental awareness and strengthen collective action among young leaders across Rizal.

As members of the youth sector, we rise with purpose and hope, going beyond awareness to lead concrete, community-based solutions. Through collective action and shared responsibility, we help build resilient, sustainable communities and shape a greener future for all.
