MISSION AND VISION
Our mission is to advance civic engagement and cultivate equitable and thriving partnerships with communities, all while spreading the Gospel. Through active participation and collaboration, we seek to involve people from diverse backgrounds and build strong connections. Our vision is to create an inclusive environment where the transformative power of the Gospel touches hearts
and inspires positive change. We are committed to not only sharing the Gospel through words but also through compassionate actions that uplift and empower individuals and communities. By promoting unity and understanding, we aim to contribute to a brighter and more hopeful future for all, guided by the principles of love, compassion, and service. We are committed to fostering strong ties between the Philippine National Police (PNP), Local Government Units (LGUs), and pastors across the entire Philippines. Our goal is to cultivate effective partnerships that lead to maximum development and capacity building among the citizenry. By working together, we aim to create a more united and empowered community, where the transformative power of the Gospel can flourish and positively impact lives. Through collaborative efforts and shared resources, we seek to bring about meaningful change and address the needs of the people we serve. THE BEGINNING
The Philippine Ministers Advisory Council (PMAC) was founded in October 2017 by Rev. Our current office is located at the GGMIC, where we hold our weekly meetings. The vision and mission of PMAC have resonated with pastors in the vicinity, leading to their enthusiastic involvement in ministering together with a unified purpose—to serve the PNP and bless the community in collaboration with PMAC partners. SHARED COMMITMENT
At PMAC Philippines, we are proud to be spearheading the MBK program (My Brother's Keeper) of the PNP in Region IV. Pastor Walter Godoy also serves as the MBK Regional Coordinator of Rizal. In the MBK program, pastors act as Life Coaches (formerly called Values Coaches) for each Squad, comprising 5-7 members of police officers at every PNP Municipal station in Rizal Province. As a result of our dedicated efforts, PMAC has gained recognition as a diligent group supporting the MBK initiative, sending pastors to each MPS (Municipal Police Station). MBK is an innovative project of the Police Regional Office (PRO4A) CALABARZON, conceptualized by Police Regional Director Chief Supt. O Ranada Aplasea. It aims to cleanse the ranks from rogue cops and police scalawags involved in illegal activities. While originally focused on the MBK program, PMAC Philippines has expanded its vision and mission beyond Rizal and Region 4A to encompass the entire nation. Alongside our partners, we actively serve communities, schools, and municipalities regardless of their status or religion. THE 3 CORE VALUES OF PMAC
SERVICE: At PMAC, we embody the value of service by actively engaging with and supporting the community. We recognize that our commitment to the church goes beyond the walls of our congregation. By reaching out to the broader community, we seek to make a positive and meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, families, and society as a whole. Through acts of kindness, compassion, and outreach programs, we strive to demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways, uplifting and empowering those in need. INTEGRITY: Integrity is at the heart of our organization. We uphold the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards in all our endeavors. Honesty, respect, equality, and fairness guide our actions and interactions with others. We are committed to maintaining a strong moral compass and being a beacon of trustworthiness within our communities. By living with integrity, we seek to reflect the character of Christ and build lasting relationships based on transparency and authenticity. ACCOUNTABILITY: We take accountability seriously at PMAC. We embrace openness and transparency in all our operations and decision-making processes. Each member of our team takes responsibility for their actions and decisions, acknowledging both successes and areas for improvement. We strive to be accountable to our partners, stakeholders, and the communities we serve, ensuring that we remain committed to our mission and vision. By being accountable, we continuously learn and grow, building a foundation of trust and reliability with those we work with. JOHN THE BAPTIST ST. BRGY. SAN JUAN TAYTAY,RIZAL
