Ang Montalban (Rodriguez), Rizal ay matinding naapektuhan ng mga nagdaang serye ng malalakas na ulan at pagbaha nitong huling bahagi ng Agosto. Marami sa ating mga Bountiful recipients ang nakaranas ng hirap at pangambang dulot ng baha.

Isa na rito si Jona, isang ina. Sa panahon ng baha, mahirap para sa isang ina ang lumikas kasama ang mga anak. Sa evacuation area, karton lamang ang kanilang hinihigaan, at nagkaroon pa ng lagnat, ubo, at sipon ang pamilya.

“Ang tanong ko, hanggang kailan pa kaya kami magiging ganito?” Sa kabila ng lahat, may pangarap si Jona—makapag-ipon para makabili ng sariling lupa na hindi binabaha, upang magkaroon ng mas ligtas at magandang buhay ang kanyang mga anak.

Ang kuwento ni Jona ay paalala na sa likod ng bawat pangalan sa ating listahan ay isang pamilya, isang ina, at mga pangarap para sa kanilang mga anak.

Simpleng bagay lang ang paggupit ng kuko pero mahalagang bahagi ito ng kanilang proper hygiene. Kapag mahaba ang kuko, mas madaling maipon ang dumi at germs lalo na sa mga batang mahilig maglaro at humawak ng iba’t ibang bagay.

Kaya ugaliing gupitin ang mga kuko upang manatiling malinis ang mga ito. Simple hygiene habits can help keep our children healthy!

We provide nutritional supplementation to pregnant and nursing mothers and malnourished children, while teaching families practical health and cognitive development skills to help children grow healthy, smart, and strong.

Our work goes beyond providing supplements. Through our dedicated coordinators and volunteers, we reach families in their communities, monitor children’s progress, and share health lessons that families can apply every day.
Together, we can help fight malnutrition and nourish a child’s potential—one child at a time.

Sa bawat umaga, may dahilan kung bakit pinipili nating bumangon at magpatuloy.
Para sa mga anak na naghihintay sa atin.
Para sa pamilyang mahal natin.
Para sa mga pangarap na gusto pa nating maabot. At minsan, para sa sarili natin—dahil alam nating may magandang dahilan para magpatuloy.

Maaaring may mga araw na mabigat at nakakapagod. Pero kahit isang hakbang lang bawat araw, patuloy lang. May pag-asa. May liwanag. At may magandang bukas na naghihintay.

Our coordinators make sure that families receive simple, practical, and meaningful health lessons that they can apply in their everyday lives. From proper hygiene and nutrition to caring for children and families, every lesson is an opportunity to build healthier communities.

Isa sa mga simpleng gawain na minsan ay nakakalimutan natin ay ang pagsisipilyo. Turuan natin ang ating mga anak na gawing bahagi ito ng kanilang araw-araw na routine upang mapanatiling malinis at malusog ang kanilang mga ngipin at gilagid.

Paalala sa tamang pagsisipilyo:
🪥 Magsipilyo 2- 3 beses sa isang araw.
⏱️ Maglaan ng 2 minuto sa bawat pagsisipilyo.
🦷 Sipilyuhin ang harap, likod, at ibabaw ng mga ngipin nang dahan-dahan.
