Established on October 12, 2013, the Foundation is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), accredited and recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). ESRA Technical Training Foundation was founded by Rafael A. Esnardo, a Professional Mechanical Engineer with the aim to share his personal technical vocational hands-on experience with those who want to develop their individual technical skills meeting the changing demands for quality middle-level manpower in attaining global competitiveness, using the technology-driven technical knowledge-based approach to inculcate desirable values through the development of moral character with emphasis on work ethics, self-will, independence, and nationalism. ESRA Foundation pursues a higher calling of community development and humanitarian activities.
