HOW TO PAY CHAPTER DUES AND RENEW YOUR IAPOA

CHAPTER DUES

Step 1: Pay your chapter dues through this google form (SCAN QR):

Step 2: Once payment is made, please wait 24 hours for your good standing status to be approved. You may then proceed to pay the IAPOA fee via the UAP portal.

Payment for IAPOA dues shall be made through Dragonpay via your UAP Member’s Portal.

How to Settle National/IAPOA Dues:

Step 1: Log in to your member’s portal using your PRC Number as your username and default password (SCAN QR)

Step 2. Go to IAPOA Payment.
Step 3. Click the PAY button.
Step 4. Select Online/Dragonpay to complete your purchase.

The UAP Rizal Nuevo Chapter recently sat down with Cainta Mayor Atty. Kit Nieto for a courtesy visit to present our flagship initiative, the Rizal Heritage Mapping Project.

As one of our pilot municipalities, Cainta holds a special place in Rizal. Known as a historic core and a gateway to the East, it’s the perfect setting to show how 458 years of history, culture, and built heritage can thrive right alongside modern development.

Mayor Nieto warmly welcomed our team and shared his own vision for how the local government can support heritage preservation while continuing to pursue sustainable growth. We left the meeting incredibly encouraged by his commitment, and we are excited to start rolling out these collaborative projects in January 2027.

Our conversation also paved the way for future partnerships with the Cainta Municipal Tourism Office. We are looking forward to joining the SuMBinTik Festival this November 2026 and celebrating National Heritage Month with them in May 2027.

We want to sincerely thank Mayor Kit, the Municipal Tourism Office, and the people of Cainta for their time, hospitality, and shared dedication to protecting our cultural legacy. A big thank you as well to our chapter officers! Special thanks Ar. Cesar Ramirez Jr. for taking the lead on today's presentation, and to CP Ar. Sheila Francisco, Ar. Cath Garcia and Ar. JL Tinio for their presence and support.

Looking back at one of our recent partnered activities for culture and heritage preservation with TAYTAYAN: Bridging Roots | Expanding Horizons Taytay Advocates of Cultural Heritage 📜🕰️

TAYTAYAN: A Visual Journey Featuring Images of Taytay's Past and Present Landscape brings our town's history to life through the rare photo archives of Mr. Avelino DL. Zapanta.

Step back into the 1960s and explore the historic Poblacion. These images capture the heart of old Taytay, highlighting its thriving wood-carving shops, early home-based garment businesses, and the vibrant local cinema that once brought the community together.

This exhibit was made possible by the Taytay Advocates for Cultural Heritage (TACH) and the UAP Rizal Nuevo Chapter, in partnership with the Municipal Government of Taytay and SM City Taytay. It’s a proud community effort to preserve and celebrate the heritage that shapes our identity.
