The search for the "RYLA Most Outstanding Youth Leader Awardee '26" and "RYLA 2026 Most Outstanding Initiative Award" was never easy, but it is essential.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the RYLA 2026 Selection Committee—the architects of excellence who dedicated their time, wisdom, and discernment to identifying this year’s top youth leaders.

Beyond just evaluating resumes, this committee looked for the heart of a leader. Their rigorous deliberation ensured that the spirit of Rotary—Service Above Self—was reflected in every award conferred.

Thank you for your tireless service and for ensuring that the future of leadership remains in capable hands. Because of your guidance, we move forward with a new cohort of RYLArians ready to change the world!

🏆Obada Sweeps RYLA 2026: Named Most Outstanding Youth Leader

Kenth Raven Obada (MHCC) officially took center stage today, clinching the prestigious Most Outstanding Youth Leader title at the 2026 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA).

Obada’s victory isn't just a title—it’s a mandate. He has been named the official RYLA Ambassador for 2026-2027 and is set to represent District 3820 in the upcoming national search.

"The true objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well, and to help those who are doing well to do even better," Obada shared, anchoring his win in a call to service.

The RYLA Honor Roll
The ceremony also spotlighted rising stars and top-tier talent within the district:

• Most Promising RYLArian: Rueil Viana Montserrat (Lucena Youth Development Office)

• Top 5 Finalists: Lyka Mae De Chavez, Jabez Crisostomo and Raphael Asensi were celebrated for their elite standing among the final five contenders.
