Remember, a 72-hour go-bag isn’t just about surviving; it's about giving yourself and your loved ones a sense of security when things get chaotic. It's about being self-sufficient.

But more than the supplies, it's about being prepared mentally and knowing what to do. Make sure your family has an evacuation plan and knows where the nearest evacuation center is. Stay updated with the local news and advisories from PAGASA.

IN CELEBRATION OF RED CROSS YOUTH MONTH, the CCI-CRCYC, in strong partnership with the RHU and the PHILIPPINE RED CROSS - TARLAC CHAPTER, successfully conducted a COMMUNITY MASS BLOOD DONATION drive on October 28, 2025.

World Mental Health Day

Today, we join the world in raising awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. As Red Cross Youth, we are reminded that being empowered also means knowing when to slow down, reflect, and care for our own well being.

In the same way we extend compassion to others, let us also extend it to ourselves. Taking a pause, seeking help, and choosing rest are not signs of weakness. They are acts of strength and courage.

Let us continue to build a community where everyone feels heard, supported, and valued. Because those who save lives also need to nurture their own. ❤️

A huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our FIRST AID TRAINING Course and CPR Caravan last, September 20, 2025!

To our amazing PARTICIPANTS: we are so grateful for your presence and dedication. The energy and enthusiasm you brought to this training was truly inspiring. We know that learning these life-saving skills can be intimidating, but you all embraced the challenge with courage and commitment. It's a powerful thing to witness people coming together to empower themselves and, in turn, to be a source of help for their communities.

To our incredible GUEST SPEAKERS: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your expertise and passion for first aid and CPR were evident in every word you spoke. You didn't just teach us techniques; you gave us the confidence to act, to be brave in moments of crisis, and to be the difference between a tragic outcome and a successful rescue. Your willingness to share your knowledge has undoubtedly equipped many of us to potentially save a life one day, and for that, we are eternally thankful.

And to our esteemed CCI-CRCYC ADVISER: words feel inadequate to express our gratitude for your unwavering support and guidance.
