The Patrol and Crew Leaders' Training Course ended with heartfelt goodbyes and inspiring Closing Remarks, reminding everyone that this is not just a goodbye, but a beautiful goodbye. ⚜️

We sincerely thank the Tarlac Council for conducting such an impactful training program, instilling essential leadership skills and the true values of scouting to deeply empower our youth. May the graduates carry forward the values of leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service as they inspire others and create a positive impact wherever they go.

PLTC & CLTC BASE METHODS | AUGUST 1, 2026

Scouts from the Patrol and Crew Leaders' Training Course are working diligently to complete the final activities of their base methods training, determined to earn their red pennants and demonstrate their commitment to scouting excellence. ⚜ As these training participants push forward with their efforts, they strive to complete this challenging course with hard work and perseverance. 💪

Throughout the base methods, scouts develop proficiency in essential scouting skills, including knot tying, flag folding, first-aid bandaging, trail-sign interpretation, and compass reading. These competencies are fundamental to their growth as leaders 🔥 and will prepare them to guide their fellow scouts with confidence and expertise.

JULY 24, 2026 | Conduct of the National Board of Review

The successful conduct of the National Board of Review for the Outdoorsman and Venturer Ranks marked a significant milestone in the Scouting journey of our candidates.

Held on July 24, 2026, this served as a culminating assessment where Scouts were able to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, leadership, and commitment they exerted through years of active participation in the Scouting Movement.

The Board of Review stands as a testament to dedication and service that define every Scout's journey and a promise to fulfill the adventures that wait ahead of them.

In todays comprehensive seminar, our scouts learned that safety is a lifelong responsibility to protect and serve those in need and become the heroes within their community. ⚜

When danger unfolds, these scouts can now practice crucial survival protocols and emergency response, ensuring they can act as dependable protectors whenever help is needed. 🚨

The scouts leave reminded to become scouts that face any challenge with confidence. 💪
