𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙! 🩸💪

Our Scouts recently completed the 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. From mastering essential lifting techniques, fracture stabilization, and emergency patient care under pressure, this experience gave the Scouts a review on their practical skills essential for fast-action service during critical moments.

Service to others start with readiness, and as Scouts, we take responsibility to heart. ⚜💓

Spearheaded by the organizing committee and Tarlac Montessori School, this year's forum served as a platform that empowered the youth to voice their insights with full conviction guided by the theme '𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞'.

Two days of meaningful dialogue, camaraderie, and leadership --- this forum produced Scouts that speak to issues, exhibit sound judgement, and foster collaborative communication. 🤝✨

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭, 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝? 💅⚜️

Scouts, it is time to unite, lead, and deliver excellence with total conviction!

Join us and claim the opportunity to step up for the 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙪𝙢 2026 on 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 11-12, 2026 at Tarlac Montessori School. This year's forum proudly carries the theme, "𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚". ✨

Whoever said youth leadership wasn't glamorous was seriously disturbed! The Scout Youth Forums in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines are the ultimate platform for young Scouts to voice their ideas, debate with passion, and deliver crafted solutions to issues affecting their communities and the scouting movement.

Bring your sharpest leadership skills (and maybe something pink 🩷😉). Join us for two days of brilliant dialogue and experience the true spirit of Scouting in action! 🗣️🫡

ISYF 2026, but make it pink! 🎀 See you there, Scouts!

True scouts of today don't wait for history to call them, instead they look for ways to leave the world a little bit better than they found it yesterday. This National Heroes Day, we salute the leaders of the past by lacing up our boots to serve our present, igniting the flame once again, and following the trail paved by the forefathers of our nation.

Today, that exact fire burns in every scout who chooses selflessness over comfort. We honor our nation's history by becoming the dependable leaders our neighborhoods need.

Guard the flame, protect the trail, and serve the nation. Happy National Heroes Day! 🫡🔥

🙏PRAY FOR TARLAC🙏

Pray for those who are currently suffering the impact of the storm as the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring torrential downpours and a consistent Red Rainfall Warning over Tarlac and neighboring provinces. Flood risks have elevated, threatening low-lying communities along major river basins.

Critical infrastructure failures have occurred due to the rains brought by the southwest monsoon which were the 1980s Aquino Bridge collapse, happened before midnight Friday, August 28; followed by the Agana Bridge on Saturday, August 29.

The sequential collapse of these bridges underscores the severe threat of prolonged monsoon rains and rapid riverbank scouring. As heavy currents weaken bridge piers and erode soil, driving or walking through flooded streets remains highly dangerous, as shallow, moving water can easily sweep away vehicles or hide washed-out roads.

Safety Reminders for Tarlacqueños:
📌Store clean water and secure food supplies
📌 Charge communication devices and power banks
📌 Execute preemptive evacuations early while roads remain passable

During these trying times, our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the relentless weather. 🙏💓 We urge the entire community to stay informed, remain vigilant, and keep these vital contacts close at hand.

STAND WITH THE MANALO FAMILY 🫂🇵🇭

The search continues for 30-year-old Filipino physician, Dr. Juan Carlos Manalo, who went missing since the catastrophic flash flood struck the Nepal-China border on August 26, 2026 — a disaster that has claimed at least 489 lives.

📍Last known location: Immigration office in Gyirong, near the Bhotekoshi River
📍Part of a Kailashyatra pilgrimage group organized by the Isha Foundation
📍Last contact: 1 p.m. PH time, a day before the flood hit
📍A volunteer medical worker for the foundation, described by his sister as the eldest of four siblings

His sister Chiara has appealed to the public for help spreading awareness as the family holds on to hope. 🙏 At least 77 pilgrims remain unaccounted for.

The DFA says it is coordinating with the Philippine Embassy in India and the honorary consulate in Nepal to assist.

Our hearts go out to Chiara and the entire Manalo family during this agonizing time of waiting. 💝 Dr. Juan Carlos dedicated his life to healing others as a medical worker; now, we must come together to help by spreading this message far and wide. 📣 Every share brings support to the ongoing search and rescue efforts. Let's stand with his family and keep sharing his story.
