TARLAC — With renewed passion and leadership, JCI Tarlac City reaffirms its commitment to service and excellence for the years ahead.

JCI Tarlac City successfully celebrated its 10th Induction and Turnover Ceremonies on April 25, 2026 at Lunan sa Asikan’, Dumarais, La Paz, Tarlac, which marks a significant milestone in the organization’s decade-long commitment to leadership development and community impact.

The event gathered JCI members from different local organizations, JCI Philippines National, Regional, and Area Officers, and distinguished guests in a meaningful celebration of service and leadership transition.

Highlighting the ceremony was the formal induction of JCI Tarlac City 2026 President Jenna S. Felix and the new set of Board of Directors who pledged to continue the organization’s mission of empowering young people to create positive change in their communities.

Over the past 10 years, JCI Tarlac City has championed initiatives focused on community development, civic engagement, and leadership excellence. The ceremony served not only as a recognition of the organization’s accomplishments, but also as a reaffirmation of the JCI Vision of becoming the leading global network of young active citizens.

As JCI Tarlac City enters another chapter, the organization remains faithful in its mission of providing leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create lasting and meaningful change.

A BRIGHTER KENNEL FOR RESCUED SOULS

April 12, 2026 — “Paws and Paint: Coloring Compassion at the Animal Kingdom Foundation” (PAWsitive Change Year 5)

JCI Tarlac City proudly launched “Paws and Paint: Coloring Compassion at the Animal Kingdom Foundation”, a flagship initiative in collaboration with the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) – Tarlac Chapter, UAP Students Auxilliary of Tarlac State University and Art Solace Manila, which aims to transform kennel spaces at the Animal Kingdom Foundation into vibrant environments that reflect care, dignity, and hope.

This is not a one-time effort, but a continuing project series aimed at completing 10 kennels, each designed to create a more friendly and vibrant space for rescued animals.

As champions of active citizenship, we believe that real impact is built through collaboration.
