As a precaution against the possible effects of Tropical Storm Uwan, classes at all levels in both public and private schools, as well as work in government offices in the City of Tarlac, are suspended on Monday, November 10, 2025, upon the recommendation of the CDRRMO, as announced by Mayor Susan Yap.

Residents, especially those in flood and landslide-prone areas, are advised to stay alert and take necessary safety measures.
