Outfit 248 proudly participated in the Fire Safety Lecture and Drill held at Iba High School on March 16, 2026, as part of the Fire Prevention Month celebration. The activity featured a Fire Safety Discussion led by SFO4 Michael E. Lopez, OICโ€“Municipal Fire Marshal, who shared important knowledge about fire prevention, safety, and emergency response.

After the discussion, scouts took part in a safety drill where they practiced responding to emergencies and putting out fires. Every action during the drill reminded us to stay alert, responsible, and always ready for real-life situations.

February 12, 2026, With pride and honor, Outfit 248 extends its warmest welcome to our distinguished guests during this milestone event at Iba High School, under the leadership of ๐‘ท๐’“๐’Š๐’๐’„๐’Š๐’‘๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ซ๐’“. ๐‘น๐’๐’ˆ๐’†๐’๐’Š๐’ ๐‘ฉ. ๐‘จ๐’ˆ๐’–๐’๐’…๐’‚๐’š, ๐‘ฑ๐’“.

Present during the occasion were Dr. Ronnie S. Mallari, Regional Director and Concurrent Schools Division Superintendent; Ms. Bernadette B. Moratillo, Division HR Personnel; Romeo G. Capitulo, Mayor of San Jose, Tarlac; Rizza Eugenio Joaquin, Vice Mayor; Municipal Councilors Geofrey Siguep and Bert Verzon; Cirilo R. Aquino Jr., SPTA President; together with representatives from SHEBA NGO and other valued partners.

A highlight of the event was the recognition of Jordan Magallanes as the MA4 Division Champion in the Chiang Mai Open IV Disc Golf Competition held in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Also acknowledged were their coach, Luisa Bartolome-Robins, and fellow disc golf athletes Karyle Pante and James Benedict Simbulan, whose dedication and hard work brought pride and honor not only to the school but also to the Philippines.

Our dedicated scouts from Outfit 248 proudly rendered assistance and support throughout the program, welcoming guests, maintaining order, and ensuring the smooth flow of activities. Their discipline, teamwork, and commitment truly embodied the Scouting spirit of service and leadership.
