Reference : Section 12, Chapter 5, Book 21 2008 Omnibus Ammendments to the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989. An Institutional and National Policy of the Philippine Eagles - The Philippine Eagles Tree Planting Program of 1994, is hereby made an integral part of the Omnibus Ammendments herein. Wherefore, it is hereby declared as the institutional and national policy of the Philippine Eagles making it mandatory for all Eagles Club Chapters and Regions to undertake a continuing and sustainable tree- planting program which may be applicable in the areas of their concerns where the Eagles Club Chapters and Regions are located.

In this connection, on or about 6:00 AM of May 30, 2024 the Northern Luzon Region 1 of The Fraternal Order of Eagles -Philippine Eagles Inc. under ENP Kuya Arnold E. Landayan together with its member Clubs namely Manila North Concepcion Eagles Club, Manila North Pampanga Eagles Club and the Pinagsanib General Antonio Luna Eagles Club headed by our Regional Adviser and Eagle National PEIL Director Kuya Rey Mangibin, Eagle NLR 1 Governor Kuya Eugene Guerrero and Club Presidents participated in a Joint Tree Planting Activity together with the 540th Air Base Group, the 355th Aviation Engineer Wing, the 5th Fighter Wing, the 960th Air Missile Defense Group all of the Philippine Air Force Command, LGU's and the BAB National High School Supreme Students Council. The activity was held at Barangay San Ramon, Florida Blanca, Pampanga wherein, a total of more less 300 seedlings were planted making a significant contribution to environmental conservation. This activity highlighted the Philippine Eagles commitment in protecting and preserving the environment and to support the government and the United Nations call in resolving the issue of climate change. Said noble activity ended at about 9:30 AM same date with fruitful results..
