Nourishing Our Community, One Meal at a Time! 🍲❤️

The SK San Rafael Council brought its Feeding Program to the different sitios of the barangay, providing nutritious meals and sharing smiles with the children in the community.

This initiative reflects our commitment to promoting the well-being of our youth and fostering a caring and supportive community.

🩹 NSTP First Aid Training: Ready to Respond, Ready to Serve! 🚑

The TSAT students, headed by their adviser Sir Doe, successfully conducted an NSTP First Aid Training in partnership with the Barangay San Rafael SK Council.

The training equipped participants with essential first aid knowledge and skills, emphasizing the importance of staying calm, prepared, and ready to help in times of emergency. Through collaboration and community involvement, we continue to build a safer and more prepared community. 🤝❤️

A big thank you to the TSAT students and Sir Doe for making this meaningful and valuable activity possible!

To all interested youth of San Rafael,

The Tarlac School of Arts and Trade, Inc. (TSAT) will conduct an NSTP First Aid Training in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan of San Rafael. The said training will be held on San Rafael Covered Court on April 10, 2026. This will be a half day activity starting from 8AM to 12PM.

To those who wish to join the training, you may directly join on the said date. This training promotes safety within the community and will be very useful and beneficial for future emergencies.
