TCSD BAKUNA‑ALAMAN for Parents
In collaboration with the Department of Education – Tarlac City (SGOD – School Health and Nutrition Section, Learner Formation) and the Tarlac City Health Office, the TCSD Bakuna‑Alaman for Parents was officially launched at Matatalaib Buno Elementary School on June 9, 2026.
The activity will be implemented in the remaining schools.

The initiative aims to strengthen parents’ awareness and understanding of immunization, particularly in preparation for the School‑Based Immunization Program, to ensure that learners are protected and medically prepared.

The discussion on MR‑TD and HPV was led by the following lecturers and resource speakers from the Tarlac City Health Office: Christine L. Berlincioni, City NIP Coordinator; Mark Angelo Basangan, City HEPO Designate, City Health Center II – Matatalaib; and Andri Val Guinto, Nurse II, City Health Center II – Matatalaib.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the parents, barangay officials, and City Health Center II for their support. Special thanks are also given to Ma’am Nova Sarmiento, School Head, and Sir Gelo Abraham, Project Development Officer, for their valuable contributions to the successful implementation of this activity.

Ang kalusugan ay susi sa mas ligtas at mas produktibong pag-aaral. Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang at mag-aaral na suportahan ang Bakuna Eskwela Program upang maprotektahan ang ating mga kabataan laban sa mga sakit na maaaring makaapekto sa kanilang kalusugan at edukasyon.

Sama-sama nating pangalagaan ang kalusugan ng bawat mag-aaral para sa mas maliwanag at mas ligtas na kinabukasan. 💙
