Most of the cafe here in the city didn't teaching their hired Barista's how to calibrate, how calibration works and other brewing methods they're hiring a barista's not to make them skilled but make them generator's of money

Good day to all, i just want to call out those cafe's requiring a experiences or nc2 for their barista position vacancies even if they're serving substandard espresso like under dose, bad shot's and dead shot's espresso to lessen the costing of their cafe's, how funny you are if you're one of those cafe owner's your requirements is too high but your salary rate offers is below minimum plus without any government benefits.

Some of the cafe's here in the city serving a substandard espresso, most people didn't notice it and most cafe's goer didn't know it but i tell you the truth. There are some cafe's here in the city serving a 14 grams of coffee grounds from coffee beans it self which is under dose for their 2 shots of espresso in your drinks and using a 93 degrees Celsius on their espresso machine for dark roast beans ruining the true floral and taste notes of the beans they're also using a 30 sec extraction ratio that's above the ideal brewing time which is too much extraction time for the dark roast that would taste like burned and more bitter taste like crap no characteristics and guess what they're are using the same calibration and parameters day by day they didn't making a adjustment of their calibration they're staying from the same grind size, temperature which is 93 degrees Celsius and same brewing time which is 30 seconds they're also buying non labeled coffee beans which is cheaper than then beans has the complete labels like roast date, roast level, altitudes, taste notes and origins. Sad to say they're not building a cafe to serve quality coffee they're building and cafe for only profit
Imagine you're paying for about 150 - 190 pesos for a substandard coffee, How disgusting those cafe's.
