Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa ating mga Spiritual Directors ng Prison Ministry Reb. Padre Michael Sibal at Reb. Padre Jessemar Mejia sa pag-aalay ng napakahalagang pagkakataon ng pagbabalik-loob sa Diyos, Pagsisisi, at Pananalangin ng mga kapatid nasa piitan ng Tarlac Provincial Jail at Tarlac City Jail.

"O God, most merciful Father,
like the Prodigal Son, I turn to you and say:
I have sinned against you;
I am no longer worthy to be called your child.
O Jesus Christ, Savior of the world,
like the thief to whom you opened the gates of paradise,
I beg you:
Lord, remember me in your Kingdom.
O Holy Spirit, fount of love,
with trust I call upon you:
Purify me;
make me walk as a child of the light. Amen!"

CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Prison Pastoral Care

Today, March 25 the Solemnity of the Annunciation of Our Lord, is also the 51st Founding Anniversary of the CBCP-ECOPRIW (now ECPPC)! Happy Anniversary po sa ating lahat! May the Lord continue to bless us as we journey together with the correctional community towards attaining a kind of Justice that Heals!

Three (3) released Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) were successfully referred to the San Sebastian Cathedral Parish, Tarlac City, through the initiative of SJO3 Razodon M Fongngao, Chief, Welfare and Development Section and JO1 Paolo N Navidad, Help Desk Officer.

The referral was facilitated under the care of Rev. Fr. Robert Cabrera, Senior Parochial Vicar, through which the said individuals were provided with financial assistance to support their immediate needs and assist in their reintegration into the community. This initiative reflects the continuing collaboration between the institution and faith-based organizations in promoting rehabilitation, compassion and social reintegration of released PDLs.
