On June 10, 2026, the Central Student Government of Cavite State University - Imus Campus (CSG) actively participated in the ๐’๐š๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐š๐ง๐  ๐Š๐š๐›๐š๐ญ๐š๐š๐ง (๐’๐Š) ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ (๐‹๐˜๐ƒ๐‚) ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง (๐‹๐˜๐ƒ๐), held at the Imus Youth Center, Imus Pilot Elementary School.

This meaningful training was officially conducted by the National Youth Commission (NYC) CALABARZON, led by Sir Mark Talajuron, as part of the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) SK-LYDC Training. The activity was strongly supported by the City Government of Imus, spearheaded by Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) Head Jericho Reyes and SK Federation President Glian Ilagan, bringing together youth leaders, student councils, and youth organizations from across the city.

Representing the CSG Imus was ๐‰๐ž๐ฉ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐จ๐ง, ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐ฑ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ, who joined fellow youth leaders in the collaborative formulation of programs and initiatives for the city's three-year youth development roadmap.

As part of the ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐€๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐‚๐Ž๐), VP-External De Leon actively contributed, presented various recommendations and crafted proposed plans aimed at ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, ๐š๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, promoting awareness, and enhancing community involvement among the youth of Imus. These proposals were presented, exchanged, and refined alongside insights from different youth organizations and student leaders to ensure that the resulting Local Youth Development Plan reflects the diverse needs, priorities, and aspirations of the youth sector in the City of Imus.

The activity forms part of the city's continuous efforts to align local youth initiatives with the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง (๐๐˜๐ƒ๐) and the Ten Centers of Participation of the National Youth Commission, establishing a more inclusive, responsive, and sustainable framework for youth development and empowerment.

The event brought together student leaders from various institutions all over Cavite to deepen their understanding of leadership through sessions, specialized courses, collaborative activities, and immersive discussions. Participants were challenged to lead with excellence, integrity, purpose, and a genuine commitment to service.

Meanwhile, ๐”๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐™๐š๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ก ๐’๐ฒ๐๐ง๐ž๐ฒ ๐๐š๐›๐จ๐ง were under the ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐˜‚๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ (๐—–๐—ฃ๐—ฅ) course and explored effective communication strategies, public relations, and the role of leaders in building meaningful connections with the communities they serve. Together, they have deepened their knowledge of being a leader, utilizing them for current and future plans.

Beyond the sessions and presentations, Lasallian Lead 2026 became an opportunity to connect with fellow student leaders from different schools and student councils, exchange ideas, share experiences, and build networks grounded in a common passion for servant leadership.

The event concluded with inspiring sessions from distinguished speakers and the awarding of certificates, recognizing the commitment of every participant to continuous growth and leadership development.

Cavite State University โ€“ Imus Campus has announced the implementation of online final examinations on June 4, 2026, in view of the forecasted 42ยฐC heat index in Imus City.

To ensure the safety and well-being of students, all final examinations scheduled for tomorrow will be administered through Google Forms or other online examination platforms, as determined by the respective instructors.
