📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

We are happy to announce the upcoming Mega Medical Mission Outreach Program at LGU Tanza, initiated by TGP HOA Inc. in partnership with ApoCasi Cavite City Chapter, CerviQ headed by Dr. Bogs Rivera (Oncologist), together with other non-government partners.

An initial meeting was successfully conducted with the RHU Head Medical Team regarding the preparation for this meaningful outreach program which will also include Cervical Cancer Awareness Training and Seminars for the community.

This initiative aims to promote health awareness, provide medical assistance, and support the welfare of every family in our community.

Sa TGP, BIDA ANG SAYA! 🎄🎁✨

What a magical day! More than 70 super energetic and excited kids in their fantasy costumes filled our community with laughter during the first part of the TGP Phase 2 Pamaskong Handog Christmas Party last December 7!

From fun games, nakakatuwang kids’ shows, to exciting prizes and surprises, every moment was bursting with holiday cheer. The smiles, the giggles, the endless kulit… tunay na ibang level ang sayang hatid ng mga bata! 🤩🎉

A big, big THANK YOU to our amazing and generous sponsors who made this event extra special.

Tanza GardenPremier Hoa phase 2 inc

The Tanza GardenPremier HOA P2 Inc., is pleased to announce the launch of our first solo project dedicated to enhancing the safety and welfare of our community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to stronger security measures for all residents, the HOA has begun the installation of boom barriers at key entry points of TGP. This initiative aims to improve access control, strengthen neighborhood security, and promote peace of mind for all homeowners.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Bisma Architectural Services for their generosity, support, and noble service to our community...as our donor. Your contribution has played an important role in making this project possible.

Big thanks to all who joined and supported our one-week TGP HOA P2 Inc. pool amenity activities! Your cooperation made everything smooth and fun.
