JOINT MEETING UPDATE | TGP HOA PHASE 1–6

Yesterday, a Joint Meeting was successfully conducted through the collaboration of LGU Tanza, DDC Land Inc., Barangay Punta I, TGP HOA Inc. Phase 1–6, TGP HOA Services Team, representatives of Non-HOA residents, and DTM Security Agency to discuss and align important matters concerning our community.

The meeting focused on the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), implementation of guidelines, rules and regulations, peace and order concerns, security measures, and the overall welfare and management of Tanza Garden Premier.

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to building a safer, more organized, and more united community through cooperation and open communication among all stakeholders.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at naglaan ng oras para sa mas maayos at mas progresibong Tanza Garden Premier. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang kaayusan at kapakanan ng bawat residente. 🤝🏡

COMMUNITY UPDATE

Following the implementation of our ZERO PARKING POLICY, we would also like to share that the Phase 2 HOA is already working on a proposed project for a proper parking lot within the community.

This initiative aims to provide a more organized, safer, and long-term parking solution for all residents while maintaining order and accessibility inside the subdivision.

We kindly ask for everyone’s patience, understanding, and full cooperation as we process the necessary approvals and preparations for this project.

Please stay updated through our official page for future announcements regarding the approval, construction, and completion of the parking lot project.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT !!

To all residents, visitors, and homeowners of Tanza Garden Premier Phase 2 HOA, Inc.,

Please be informed that the ZERO PARKING POLICY is now OFFICIALLY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

In accordance with Board Resolution No. 20250010 and Municipal Ordinance No. 0219, Series of 2025, parking along prohibited areas within the subdivision is strictly prohibited.

🚫 Any vehicle found violating this policy shall be subject to CLAMPING and TOWING.

We encourage everyone to cooperate and observe proper parking regulations to maintain order, safety, and accessibility within our community.

⚠️ Strict enforcement and monitoring will be implemented effective immediately.

📢 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Tanza Garden Premier Homeowners Association Phase 2, Inc. (TGP HOA P2) successfully conducted a Special Meeting with the Board of Directors, Health Committee, and Events Committee to discuss and finalize preparations for the upcoming Mega Medical Mission 2026.

This meaningful community service event is made possible through the collaboration of the LGU Tanza, RHU Tanza, APO Navy Medical Team, and other partner organizations.

The meeting focused on task assignments, coordination with partner agencies, and ensuring a well-organized and successful medical mission for the benefit of our residents and neighboring communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who attended and contributed their time and efforts. Together, we continue to build a healthier and stronger community.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

We are happy to announce the upcoming Mega Medical Mission Outreach Program at LGU Tanza, initiated by TGP HOA Inc. in partnership with ApoCasi Cavite City Chapter, CerviQ headed by Dr. Bogs Rivera (Oncologist), together with other non-government partners.

An initial meeting was successfully conducted with the RHU Head Medical Team regarding the preparation for this meaningful outreach program which will also include Cervical Cancer Awareness Training and Seminars for the community.

This initiative aims to promote health awareness, provide medical assistance, and support the welfare of every family in our community.
