📢 SUSPENSION OF CLASSES | CAVITE
AUGUST 19, 2026 (WEDNESDAY)

Dahil sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan at sa umiiral na weather conditions sa Cavite, ipinapaalam na SUSPENDIDO ANG KLASE SA LAHAT NG ANTAS (ALL LEVELS) sa public at private schools sa buong lalawigan ng Cavite.

The Values Education Department successfully conducted its first Learning Action Cell (LAC) session on June 9, 2026, at the Tanza National Comprehensive High School (TNCHS) Values Education Grounds. The activity focused on two significant topics: Values Education Pedagogical Approaches (DULOG) and the ILAW Framework in Lesson Planning.

The session was spearheaded by Ms. Jaina F. Loza, Master Teacher II, under the leadership of Ms. Marites J. Mateo, Head Teacher IV of Values Education Department and the guidance of Ms. Noreen Malabanan, OIC Assistant Principal for Junior High School. The activity was actively participated in by all Values Education teachers, demonstrating the department's commitment to continuous professional growth and instructional excellence.

During the session, Ms. Keeshia Mae D. Angon, Teacher I, served as one of the resource speakers and shared her knowledge and expertise on the Values Education Pedagogical Approaches (DULOG). Her presentation provided participants with practical strategies and effective pedagogical practices to enhance classroom instruction.

Meanwhile, Ms. Jaina F. Loza, Master Teacher II, facilitated the discussion on the ILAW Framework in Lesson Planning. She shared her expertise in developing learner-centered and standards-based lesson plans, emphasizing the importance of aligning instructional strategies, learning competencies, assessment, and reflective teaching practices to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

The LAC session served as a valuable venue for collaborative learning, professional reflection, and the exchange of best practices among Values Education teachers. It reinforced the department's commitment to fostering instructional innovation and ensuring the effective implementation of quality teaching strategies in support of learners' holistic development.
