Nakita mo na ba ang pangalan mo sa List of Qualified Applicants for Enrolment ng dream program mo? Ano na ang susunod na gagawin? Eh di mag-ready ka na ng mga ipapasang requirements!

The Office of the Admission and Registration (ARO), through the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (OVPSAS), would like to remind the incoming first-year students to prepare and submit the following requirements during enrollment:

1. Result of the College Admission Test and Routing Slip
2. Original Copy of the Report Card/Form 138
3. Original Copy of Good Moral Certificate
4. Original Copy of Police Clearance
5. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO/PSA
6. Original Copy of Medical Certificate
7. Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID Pictures (with name tag and white background)
8. Copy of Grades and Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
9. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for female married applicants)
10. One (1) Long Brown Envelope with name program/major
