In celebration of the National Indigenous Peoples Day 2026, here's a message from our ka-POINTY, a proud Manobo from the Municipality of San Miguel!
Good day everyone, especially to my fellow Manobo tribe! Let’s continue to uphold our practices and beliefs to strengthen our culture. Let’s not be ashamed of our own roots, for they serve as our identity. Let’s not forget our traditions as Indigenous Peoples—instead, let’s nurture them. I am proud to be Manobo, and I would be so happy to see you proudly embracing our identity too.
