Ngayong 𝗕𝗨𝗪𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗜𝗞𝗔, nakikiisa ang 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗰. — 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗸𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 sa pagdiriwang ng wikang Filipino na may temang “𝑾𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝒂𝒕 𝑨𝑰: 𝑲𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒔𝒊𝒌 𝒂𝒕 𝑻𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒚 𝒔𝒂 𝒀𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒐𝒏”— isang paalala na sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng teknolohiya, nananatiling mahalaga ang ating wika bilang tulay sa 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙤, 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙨𝙞𝙠, 𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣. Sapagkat saan man tayo dalhin ng ating mga pangarap, hindi natin kailangang iwan ang wikang bahagi ng kung sino tayo.

Bilang mga 𝗺𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆, hindi lamang numero at pahayag sa pananalapi (financial statements) ang ating hinaharap. Sa ating pag-aaral, mahalaga rin ang 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙨𝙞𝙠, 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙞, 𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣. Sa panahon ng Artificial Intelligence, maaari nating gamitin ang teknolohiya bilang katuwang sa paghahanap at pag-unawa ng kaalaman, ngunit nananatiling mahalaga 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙡 𝙣𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙜-𝙞𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙥, 𝙩𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙞, 𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙖𝙠𝙪𝙠𝙪𝙝𝙖.

Sa paglalakbay natin tungo sa pagiging mga propesyonal sa larangan ng Accountancy, dala natin ang 𝙬𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 bilang 𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘨𝘪 𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘭𝘢𝘯 at ang 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙝𝙞𝙮𝙖 bilang 𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘺 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘰. Dahil, sa mundong hinuhubog ng 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙨, 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣, 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙨𝙞𝙠, 𝙖𝙩 𝘼𝙄, nananatiling mahalaga ang kakayahang 𝙪𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙬𝙖, 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙞, 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙞 𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣 nang may 𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣, 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙣, at 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙙.

𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

With heavy hearts, we reach out to our JPIA community and everyone with a generous heart to seek assistance for our fellow JPIAn, 𝑴𝒔. 𝑽𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒔 𝑶𝒃𝒊𝒂𝒍, whose family home in Prk. 3, Sto. Niño, New Matina Gravahan, Davao City was devastated by a recent fire incident.

This unfortunate event has left their family in need of immediate support as they recover and rebuild their lives. IN PHOTOS | Accountancy Week 2026 Seminar

As part of the Accountancy Week Celebration 2026, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) – Saint Theresa College of Tandag, Inc. Local Chapter successfully conducted a seminar anchored on the theme, "EMPOWER: Lifting the Filipino CPAs Toward Ethical Leadership and Global Excellence."

The seminar brought together Grade 11 and Grade 12 ABM students and Business Administration students, providing an opportunity to gain valuable insights on leadership, integrity, and professional responsibility.

The activity was graced by Hon. Charisse Pimentel Pineda, President of the Association of Barangay Captains, who served as the Guest Speaker. Through her inspiring discussion, she encouraged students to cultivate strong values, pursue excellence, and become leaders who create meaningful impact in their communities and future professions.

Together, we continue to empower the next generation of ethical and globally competitive professionals.
