August 1 | Opening of the 4th General Chapter

Today, August 1, marks the first day of the 4th General Chapter of the Dominican Sisters of Regina Rosarii.

The Chapter began with a solemn Opening Mass, presided over by Fr. Deng Filemon De La Cruz, OP, Prior Provincial followed by a Procession of the Holy Spirit from the Divine Presence to the John Tauler Hall, where the Enthronement of the Bible took place, placing the Word of God at the heart of their Chapter and discernment.h

These sacred days are a time to listen deeply to the Holy Spirit as the Sisters seek God’s guidance for the future of their Congregation and discern and elect their new set of General Leadership Team.

Please join us in praying for all the Sisters of Regina Rosarii. May the Holy Spirit enlighten their minds, strengthen their hearts, and guide them with wisdom, courage, and unity as they discern God’s will and choose their new leadership.

Come, Holy Spirit. Guide and lead them according to Your will.🕊️
