📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

To all residents of Plain Crest Subdivision Phase 1,

Please be informed that "No Garbage Collection Policy" Dry run will happen tomorrow Sunday, July 19, 2026.

In consideration of residents who have not yet completed their HOA membership registration and settlement, the Homeowners Association has decided to grant an additional one (1) week to allow everyone sufficient time to comply.

The strict implementation of the garbage collection policy will officially begin on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

We respectfully encourage all residents who are not yet HOA members to complete their membership and settle the necessary requirements within this extension period to avoid any inconvenience once the policy takes effect.

Thank you for your continued understanding, cooperation, and support as we work together to maintain a cleaner and more organized Plain Crest Subdivision Phase 1.

ANNOUNCEMENT📣📢📢

Isang mapagpalang araw po sa ating mga minamahal na residente.

Simula HULYO taong 2026 , Nais po naming magbigay ng maayos na paglilinaw ukol sa ating mga serbisyo sa komunidad. Alinsunod po sa ating patakaran, ang mga kapitbahay po natin na hindi miyembro ng Homeowners Association (HOA) ay hindi na po maseserbisyuhan ng ating House to House Garbage collection. Ang atin pong house to house service ay direktang pinopondohan mula sa monthly dues ng mga OPISYAL na MIYEMBRO. Dahil dito, ang mga hindi po miyembro ay inaasahang magpapanatili ng sarili nilang paraan ng pagtatapon ng basura ayon sa batas ng ating lokal na pamahalaan (LGU).

Para sa mga nagnanais maging miyembro upang muling mapabilang sa ating garbage collection at iba pang serbisyo, malugod po kayong tinatanggap sa ating HOA Office upang magparehistro.Maraming salamat po sa inyong malawak na pag-unawa at kooperasyon.
