The afternoon sessions of the 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 (𝐑𝐃𝐋𝐒) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 reminded us that leadership goes beyond taking charge—it means checking in, creating safe spaces, and caring for the people we serve with.

🌿 𝗥𝘁𝗿. 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 emphasized the importance of kumustahan, resilience, and simply remembering to breathe amid the pressures of leadership.

🎖️ 𝗥𝘁𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗼 shared valuable insights on Rotaract protocols, reminding us that even the smallest details matter in preserving our traditions.

❤️ 𝗗𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮’𝘀 “MABUHAY: The Heart of Genuine Service” reminded us to 𝗠ake room, 𝗔ct with compassion, 𝗕uild unity, 𝗨plift others, 𝗛onor God, 𝗔nswer the call, and 𝗬ield our hearts to love.

The 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 (𝐏𝐒𝐋𝐒) of RID 3820 was held on August 8 at the Lucena City Government Complex, bringing together Rotaractors who continue to learn, lead, and serve with purpose.

Representing the club was 𝗜𝗖𝗣 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼, taking home lessons that go beyond leadership positions and into the heart of service. ✈

𝗠𝗗𝗜𝗢 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲 reminded us that purposeful leadership demands more than taking charge—it calls us to give our time, talent, and treasure, and, above all, to step beyond our comfort for the sake of service.

As she powerfully said, “Create a space, not a shadow.” True leadership is not about being remembered as the person who stood at the center, but about creating space for others to grow, mentoring future leaders, and building a legacy that continues even after our term ends.

Meanwhile, 𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼 challenged us to go beyond simply documenting what we accomplished—to tell the story of the outcome. Through ethos, logos, and pathos, every project becomes more than an activity; it becomes a story of people, purpose, and impact.

May we continue to create spaces, tell stories that matter, and lead in ways that make service bigger than ourselves. 💙

Public Image is more than branding — it’s how we tell the story of service. 💛

For Rotaract, strong public image means making volunteerism visible, inspiring more people to take action, and showing communities that service truly creates lasting impact. When our message is clear and our identity is strong, we don’t just promote events — we promote purpose.

This February 19, 2026 at 7PM via Google Meet, the Rotary Club of Quezon City MediaTech and Rotaract Club of Quezon City MediaTech presents the Public Image & Brand Design Webinar — empowering Rotaractors, student leaders, and organizations to communicate service in a way that is seen, felt, and remembered.

As we prepare to amplify the voice of volunteerism…
