APRIL 09, 2026| 📣 Set 14A & 14B – Community Assembly (Registration and Validation)

The Municipal Operations Office of Tampakan, South Cotabato, together with the partner stakeholders from MHO, MDRRMC, PSA, and MSWDO, as well as technical staff from the Provincial Operations Office II – South Cotabato, was conducted a simultaneous community assembly for the registration and validation of Set 14A and 14B potential 4Ps beneficiaries across the 14 barangays of the municipality.

Out of 367, a total of 116 families were assessed to verify that qualified and deserving households are appropriately included in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

This initiative highlights the continued commitment to reach and support Filipino families in need of assistance and opportunities even during holiday seasons.

A simultaneous posting of 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝟏𝟒 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 was successfully carried out in all 14 barangays of Tampakan, South Cotabato by the Municipal Convergence Field Staff.

This initiative was made possible through prior coordination and endorsement of beneficiary lists with the Local Chief Executives (LCEs), in partnership with the MSWDO and BLGUs, ensuring proper and transparent dissemination of information to the communities.

The activity aimed to monitor and validate the compliance of 4Ps beneficiaries with program conditions through school and health visits. It also spot-checked the backyard gardens and the beneficiaries cash cards, to ensure transparency, accountability, and strengthened program implementation.

Naghahanda na ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII para sa panibagong yugto ng pagtukoy at pagsasala ng mga potensyal na benepisyaryo ng programa, kasunod ng endorsement ng Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) sa ahensya.

Ayon sa DSWD XII, may karagdagang humigit-kumulang 34,592 pamilya mula sa 'Bottom Poor' sa buong Region 12 ang isasailalim sa screening at validation upang maging ganap na benepisyaryo ng programa.

Ang listahang nagmula sa CBMS ay magsisilbing batayan sa pagtukoy sa magiging potensyal na benepisyaryo ng programa.

Isasagawa ang 15 days of posting ng mga potensyal na pamilya sa kanya-kanyang barangay ngayong darating na Marso bago magkakaroon ng general assembly at malawakang screening.

Pinapaalalahanan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 12 ang lahat ng benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program o 4Ps na magparehistro na sa National ID System o PhilSys, kung hindi pa rehistrado.

Ayon sa ahensya, mahigit 146,000 na mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps sa rehiyon dose ang wala pang PhilSys registration.

Ipinaliwanag ni Naifah S. Balindong, Regional Program Coordinator ng 4Ps sa Region 12, na maaari umanong matanggal sa programa ang mga benepisyaryong patuloy na hindi magpaparehistro, base sa inilabas na memorandum hinggil sa “Willful non-participation and persistent refusal” na pirmado ni DSWD Secretary Rex T. Gatchalian noong Enero 5, 2026.

Mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng National ID upang mas mapabilis at maging maayos ang beripikasyon ng pagkakakilanlan ng mga benepisyaryo, gayundin ang maayos na pamamahagi ng mga tulong at benepisyo mula sa pamahalaan.

Hinimok ang mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps na magtungo sa pinakamalapit na PhilSys Registration Center at magdala ng mga kinakailangang dokumento tulad ng birth certificate o anumang balidong ID.

Dagdag pa ng DSWD, libre ang pagpaparehistro sa National ID at maaari itong gamitin bilang pangunahing patunay ng pagkakakilanlan sa mga transaksyon sa gobyerno at pribadong sektor.

Good news mga ka-4Ps na kabilang sa Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs)!

Tumatanggap na ng aplikasyon ang NCIP para sa Indigenous Peoples Education and Advocacy Services (IPEAS) Grant para sa School Year 2027–2028.

Bukas ang aplikasyon para sa mga kwalipikadong IP students na nais ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral.
