“Together we [serve] eat.” 😋😝

RC22 turned lunch into a full-on mission with a classic boodle fight during the Outfit 2091 Saturday Skills Workshop.

As our Senior Scouts gear up for their Board of Review (BOR), the Rovers stepped in, not just to serve food, but to serve spirit, strength, and solidarity. Because in Scouting, we don’t just prepare skills… we build character, confidence, and camaraderie.

Rover Circle 22 successfully participated in today’s Tree Planting Activity at the new Senior High School Site, Magsaysay District, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija.

The school received seedlings from Talugtug Renewables Inc. under the Talugtug Solar Power Plant Project, supporting efforts to build a greener and more sustainable community.

More than planting trees, the initiative showcased how Scouting continues to shape young people into proactive stewards of nature — proving that true leadership is rooted in service, responsibility, and commitment to a sustainable future. 🌱

With hearts full of pride and brotherhood, we warmly welcome the newest members of Rover Circle 22-Talugtug National High School who have courageously completed their Rover Orientation, Vigil, and Investiture Ceremony (ROVIC) on February 21-22, 2026 at BSP Camp, Palayan City.

This new wave of Rovers — RS. Thea Azeret Benedicto, RS. Jana Dumo, RS. Maria Trixie Q. Domingo, RS. Francine Jane N. Baay, RS. Georgiena Nicole A. Kabigting, RS. Jethro D. Lopez, RS. Jimuel P. As the second batch of RC 22, you do not merely follow footsteps; you continue a legacy.

You have walked through reflection in the Vigil, embraced responsibility in the Ceremony, and chosen a life of deeper service. Rovering is not just a badge to wear—it is a promise to live with purpose, to lead with humility, and to serve beyond self under the ideals of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Today, you do not simply join a circle—you strengthen it.

We also commend the Scout Leaders who journeyed through the ROVIC alongside you — SL. Reggine A. Quitalig, WBH; SL. Mark Jun A. Calderon, BTC; SL. Richard F. Mason, BTC; SL. Rea DR. Yarcia, BTC; SL. Our sincere gratitude to our supportive Institutional Head, SL. Froilan M. Silao, WBH w/ CML, and to our OIC ASP and SHS In-Charge, Dr. Leomar C. Angel, thank you for nurturing a culture where young leaders are empowered to rise. To our Circle Manager, SL. Dustin Roy C. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Nueva Ecija Council leadership — Council Chairman Emmanuel Anthonio “Doc Anthony” M. Umali, WBH; Council Scout Executive Maria Fe Dela Cruz, ALT; Training Commissioner SL.Florante Mangilin, LT, Program Commissioner SL. Mark Ren D. Villaflor, LT; Community Based Scouting Commissioner SL. Jay Ar D. Catabona, ALT w/ CMT; and Deputy Council Program Commissioner for Rover Scouting SL Edisen F. Special thanks to the Council Service Team and Rover Volunteers who served as Vigil Staff — Because of your guidance, discipline, and dedication, our new Rovers experienced a ROVIC worthy of the promise they made.

To our Second Batch of Rover Circle 22: may you carry the fire forward, lead with courage, and serve beyond yourselves. Welcome home. ⚜️

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁

169 years ago, Robert Baden-Powell was born. He saw that young people can do more than they are told, and that character is shaped by the choices we make every day.

He trusted young people to stand on their own, to act with courage, and to keep their word. Scouting became the proving ground where actions, not words, define who you are, and where small choices shape a lifetime of character.

Founder’s Day reminds every Scout that leaving the world better starts with each of us. What you do, how you act, and the way you keep your word today can echo far beyond what you see.

Make it count. Live your Promise. Let the mark you leave be a world better than you found it.

Following the Street Dance Competition at the Municipal Plaza, the Rover Scouts of Rover Circle 22, together with our Rover Scout Aspirants, conducted a clean-up drive to help restore cleanliness and order in the area. 💙

This initiative supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 13: Climate Action—as we continue to serve the community and care for the environment.
