A Final Salute to a Fellow Scouter ⚜️🕊️

On the day of his interment, Outfit 2001, led by Outfit Advisor James Bryan F. Rosquita, and Rover Circle 14, under the leadership of Circle Manager Adrian Pararuan, came together to offer a final salute to Scout Leader P*e Jay M. Judan.

The tribute was held in accordance with the request of Institutional Head Jay-Ar D. Catabona, PhD, as a meaningful expression of respect and solidarity within the Scouting community.

Through the Holy Mass and the final salute, we honored not only his passing but also his life of service and his connection to the Scouting movement. Though our paths in Scouting may have been different, the values of service, brotherhood, and commitment continue to unite us.

A final salute for a life of service. A lasting remembrance of a fellow Scouter.

⚜️ Once a Scout, always a Scout.

Rest in peace, Scout Leader P*e Jay M. Judan. May your final journey be peaceful, and may your legacy of service continue to inspire.

For the Rovers of Rover Circle 14, Sundays are moments to pause, reflect, and come together in faith. Through our regular Sunday gatherings, we strengthen our spiritual foundation while nurturing the values of brotherhood, discipline, gratitude, and service.

More than a weekly practice, it is a simple reminder that meaningful leadership begins with a grounded heart and a willing spirit.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 | 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 ⚜️

Ongoing ang paghahanda ng Advancement Papers ng Rover Circle bilang bahagi ng patuloy na development at advancement ng mga kwalipikadong members.

Pinagtutulungan ito ng Rover Leader, Assistant Rover Leader, Media Officer, at Circle Manager, na sama-samang nag-aayos, nagre-review, at naghahanda ng iba't ibang kinakailangang dokumento. Mula kagabi hanggang ngayong araw, naging maayos at smooth ang proseso dahil sa malinaw na coordination at cooperation ng bawat isa.

Kapansin-pansin din ang aktibong pakikibahagi ng mga members na qualified for advancement. Bagama't ang ilan sa kanila ay nasa college na, nananatili silang responsive, cooperative, at committed sa mga responsibilidad bilang bahagi ng Rover Circle. Aktibo rin ang communication at coordination sa group chat, na malaking tulong upang mapabilis at maging organisado ang proseso.

Ang ganitong commitment ay nagpapakita na ang pagiging Rover ay hindi natatapos sa graduation. Ito ay patuloy na nahuhubog sa pamamagitan ng responsibility, leadership, cooperation, at commitment to personal growth.

Buong pagmamalaki kang binabati ng Rover Circle 14 sa iyong natatanging tagumpay bilang Magna Cum Laude sa iyong Master of Education in Language Education sa Wesleyan University–Philippines, na may kahanga-hangang GWA na 1.17.

Ang iyong dedikasyon sa pag-aaral, pamumuno, at paglilingkod ay tunay na inspirasyon sa aming samahan. Bilang aming Assistant Circle Manager, ipinakita mong ang isang tunay na Rover ay laging handang magsikap, mamuno, at maging huwaran sa kapwa.

𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 | 𝗔 𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗬

Bilang panimula ng pagdiriwang ng anibersaryo ng Rover Circle 14 – Alejandro E. Judan National High School, buong kababaang-loob kaming dumalo sa Banal na Misa upang ialay sa Diyos ang aming pasasalamat at ipagkatiwala sa Kanya ang aming samahan.

Ang Misa ay pinangunahan ni Lub. Kggl. Samuel Naceno-Agcaracar, SVD, DD, Obispo ng Diyosesis ng San Jose de Nueva Ecija, kasama si Rev. Fr. Peter Albino ng Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish.

Pinili naming simulan ang aming pagdiriwang sa panalangin at banal na pagdiriwang ng Eukaristiya bilang paalala na sa bawat paglilingkod, pamumuno, at adhikain ng isang Rover, ang Diyos ang laging una.

Nawa'y patuloy Niyang gabayan ang Rover Circle 14 sa aming misyon na maging mga kabataang handang maglingkod, mamuno, at maging ilaw sa aming komunidad.

𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟭𝟰 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗢𝗙𝗨𝗦 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺

Rover Circle 14 Alejandro E. Judan National High School proudly participated in the Tobacco-Free Universities and Schools (TOFUS) Launching and Youth Forum: Promoting Smoke-Free and Vape-Free Schools in Nueva Ecija, demonstrating its commitment to service, leadership, and youth advocacy for healthier and safer learning environments.

The activity was spearheaded by the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) School Organization under the leadership of Sir Romel Boado, BKD Adviser, with the support of Dr. Jay-Ar D. Catabona. It was conducted in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Nueva Ecija Chapter, Philippine Smoke-Free Movement (PSFM), SKC Philippines, and Social Watch Philippines, with the support of Dr. Jay B. Lagasca, Public Schools District Supervisor of Talugtug, the Talugtug Municipal Police Station, the SPTA, and the teaching and non-teaching personnel of AEJNHS.

Rover Circle 14 also extends its sincere appreciation to Atty. Maria Carmela Wenceslao-Mendoza, President of the IBP Nueva Ecija Chapter; Atty. Jo Anne Florenz G. Padilla and Atty. Jay B. Villafria Jr., Legal Aid Chairpersons; and Ms. Rizza Duro, National Coordinator of the Philippine Smoke-Free Movement, for sharing their expertise and inspiring the youth to become advocates of smoke-free, vape-free, and healthier communities.

As Rovers, we remain committed to living by the ideals of Service, Leadership, and Community Involvement. Together with our partners, we continue to support initiatives that empower young people to make responsible choices and become catalysts of positive change.

A late post, but a proud moment worth sharing: Last June 12, 2026, our community came together to celebrate the spirit of freedom, unity, and service. This meaningful event was made possible through the collaboration of our schools and partner LGU organizations — Rural Health Unit, LGU Talugtug, Talugtug PNP, Talugtug BFP, Department of Education, Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Outfit 2001 and Rover Circle 14, and the Girl Scouts of the Philippines – Alejandro E. Judan NHS.
