Urgent Hiring Experienced Barista (Full-Time)

Position Details:
Full-Time Position Only
Barista experience is a must
Specialty coffee background is an advantage
Preferably 30 years old and above
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be assigned in Lawaan or Talisay
Can start ASAP
Must have a Driver’s License (for occasional transport needs)
Salary & Benefits:
Starting Salary: Above minimum
Prepaid Insurance provided starting on the 6th month
Salary Increases after the 3rd, 9th, and 12th months. Then yearly followed by annual reviews
Daily Incentive: Earn up to ₱300 daily for hitting your sales or service quota!
