DAILY DON BOSCO

Father and Teacher of Youth, you who worked so much for the salvation of souls, be our guide in seeking good for our souls and the salvation of our neighbor; help us conquer our passions and human respect; teach us to love Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, Mary Help of Christians, and the Pope; and obtain for us from God a happy death, so that one day we will join you in Heaven. Amen.

Prayer for the Safety of Our Students

Heavenly Father,
we entrust to You all our students as they learn, grow, and journey together in our school. Surround them with Your loving protection and keep them safe from every danger, harm, accident, violence, and evil.

Send Your holy angels to watch over them wherever they go. Give them wisdom to make good choices, courage to stand for what is right, and compassion to care for one another. Protect their minds from harmful influences, their hearts from fear and anxiety, and their bodies from illness and injury.

Bless our teachers, school personnel, and parents with patience, vigilance, and wisdom, so that they may guide and protect our young people with love.

Lord Jesus, be their light when they are uncertain, their strength when they are afraid, and their refuge in times of trouble. May our school community always be a place of peace, respect, friendship, and safety.

We entrust every student to the maternal care of Mary, our Mother. May she keep them close to her Son and lead them always toward goodness and holiness.

Amen.

St. John Bosco, pray for our students.
Mary Help of Christians, protect them.

August 15: Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

O God, who, looking on the lowliness of the Blessed Virgin Mary, raised her to this grace, that your Only Begotten Son was born of her according to the flesh and that she was crowned this day with surpassing glory, grant through her prayers, that, saved by the mystery of your redemption, we may merit to be exalted by you on high. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
