In vision seen by the Metro Cebu Development and Coordinating Board (MCDCB) forming the term "MEGA CEBU VISION 2050", we the "CLUB MEGA TALISAY" takes the challenge of uniting impressive youth leaders of the City of Talisay, Cebu to prepare our generation in carrying this vision towards 2050. 1. Strengthening youth volunteerism by providing them a better ground to serve the community.
2. Uniting youth associations and create a stronger network of leadership while eliminating gap that usually acts as cavity of gathering two distinct generations.
3. Building better bridges between youth associations and the government by working with active agencies that provide resources for the development of the associations and the society as well. Club Mega Talisay is organized through the affiliation of accomplished youth organizations of the City of Talisay, Cebu who are highly recognized in the community through the acquisition of prestigious awards; moving its mission with the presence of the local government of the City of Talisay as a blood line that gives us the source of strength and guidance.
