On your special day, we pray that God blesses you with good health, wisdom, strength, and countless opportunities to continue making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to serving our community. Your willingness to extend a helping hand and lead with compassion is truly appreciated. May you never grow weary in doing good, and may your heart remain steadfast in uplifting those who need it most.

PYAP Talisay Federation Meeting | Brgy. Pooc

Another productive and meaningful meeting has successfully concluded as we discussed our accomplishments, preparations for the upcoming PYAP Anniversary this August, community extension activities, Gabi ng Parangal, Fun Run, sponsorships, and other important matters that will help make our celebration more impactful and memorable.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. John Van Restauro , SK Federation President, for his unwavering leadership and guidance. Likewise, our sincere appreciation to the entire Barangay Council of Barangay Pooc headed by Hon. Osmundo Manreal Jr. for warmly accommodating and supporting the federation meeting.

As we move forward, let us continue working together, strengthening youth participation, and creating programs that will benefit our communities. The road ahead is full of opportunities, and with unity and dedication, we can make this year's anniversary celebration a success.

Today, we celebrate not just the diplomas you have earned, but the sacrifices, perseverance, and determination that brought you to this milestone.

To every graduate who faced sleepless nights, financial hardships, academic pressures, and personal struggles Congratulations! You did it!This achievement is proof that hard work, resilience, and faith can turn dreams into reality.

A heartfelt thank you to the administration of Talisay City College Headed by Dr. Ritchel Bacaltos for continuously providing quality and accessible education to the youth of Talisay City. Your dedication has helped shape future professionals, leaders, and public servants who will contribute to the growth of our city and beyond.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to our ever-supportive and education-driven Mayor, Gerald Anthony Samsam Gullas , whose commitment to empowering the youth through education has opened countless opportunities for Talisayanons. Together with the City Government of Talisay and the City Council, thank you for investing in the future of our young people.

To our parents, guardians, and families daghang kaayong salamat. Thank you for every sacrifice, every prayer, every overtime work, and every effort made just to ensure that your children could stay in school and pursue their dreams.

PYAP Talisay City Youth Camp cm Leadership Training 2026

What an incredible and fruitful two-day journey of learning, leadership, teamwork, and friendship! From meaningful discussions, engaging activities, leadership workshops, and team-building exercises, this Youth Camp has not only strengthened our knowledge and skills as young leaders but has also brought the entire PYAP Talisay family closer together.

This camp reminded us that leadership is not about titles or positions it is about service, responsibility, and inspiring others to create positive change in our communities. More importantly, it gave us the opportunity to build stronger bonds, create lasting memories, and deepen the unity among PYAP members from different barangays across the City of Talisay.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our ever-supportive Mayor Gerald Anthony Samsam Gullas for continuously investing in youth development and believing in the potential of every young Talisayanon. We also extend our sincere thanks to the Talisay City Council headed by Hon. Richard "Choy" Aznar for their unwavering support to programs that empower the youth. And to our every Dynamic and Supportive SK Federation Headed by Hon. John Van Restauro and to all SK Chaipersons and council in City of Talisay.

The PYAP City of Talisay, Cebu Chapter Federation Officers and Representatives participated in the CTRL+YOUTH: Shaping ASEAN’s Digital Future – ASEAN Youth Consultations on Digital Resilience and Innovation (Visayas Leg) held at the DepEd Ecotech Center, Cebu City.

The activity provided valuable discussions and insights on digital resilience, innovation, governance, and the role of the youth in shaping a more inclusive and progressive ASEAN community. Through this engagement, the participants gained meaningful knowledge and strengthened their commitment to active youth participation and leadership in the digital age.

Among dakong pasalamat sa Andres Bonifacio College Inc - Department of Social Work sa ilang pagbisita ug pagtan-aw sa mga programa ug adbokasiya sa PYAP Talisay City Federation ug sa GAD City of Talisay.

Dako kaayo among kalipay nga nakahatag kami ug kahibalo ug inspirasyon bahin sa kahinungdanon sa pagserbisyo sa komunidad, youth empowerment, ug gender-responsive programs. Nanghinaut kami nga daghan mo ug nakat-unan gikan sa among organisasyon, mga proyekto, ug sa padayon namong paningkamot para sa kabatan-onan ug komunidad.

Ang maong pagbisita usa usab ka higayon aron mapalig-on ang koneksyon tali sa mga future social workers ug sa grassroots organizations nga aktibong nagserbisyo sa katawhan. Padayon kita sa pagtinabangay alang sa mas maayong kaugmaon sa atong komunidad. Kini tanan dili namo mahimo kung wala ang supporta sa among Malig-on ug Matinabangon na Amahan sa Syudad sa Talisay na si Mayor Samsam Gullas.
