PYAP Maghaway Cluster bagged the awards:

PYAP Youth Day 2025

Celebrating the 18th Anniversary of PYAP - City of Talisay, Cebu Chapter with the theme: "Thriving, Not Just Surviving: Holistic Support for Socio-Emotional Well-Being — Igniting Hope, Empowering Change, and Shaping the Future of the New Era of PYAP-AKO."

PYAP Youth Day 2025 is a meaningful gathering of young Talisaynons aimed at promoting mental wellness, unity, and hope. Through inspiring talks, shared experiences, and engaging activities, the event creates a safe and empowering space for the youth to connect, grow, and thrive together.

Wow 💚 PYAP Talisay Onwards

Bisita Kabataan 2025 has successfully reached all 22 barangays of Talisay City!

Anchored on the H.E.A.R.T. advocacy — HIV/AIDS Awareness, Early Sexual Encounters, Adolescent Sexuality, Reproductive Health, and Teenage Pregnancy — this citywide initiative empowered the youth through education, open dialogue, and direct engagement.

This year’s rollout also included a Drug Awareness Symposium and free HIV screening and testing in partnership with the Social Hygiene Clinic staff, promoting proactive and informed health choices among young participants.

Led by PYAP – City of Talisay and supported by Mayor Hon. Gerald Anthony “Samsam” Gullas, and the strong support of the City Government of Talisay, City Council, SK Federation, SK Chairpersons, CSWDO, RHU, LYDO, and CPD — with the dedication of our PYAP Peer Educators, GIP beneficiaries, and youth advocates.

Kung gusto kamo modonar og pagkaon, tubig, sinina, o uban pang kinahanglanon, mamahimong ipasa kini sa Talisay City Hall o idiretso sa inyong PYAP President sa barangay. Bisan gamay nga tabang, dako kaayo og ikatabang.

PYAP - City of Talisay, Cebu Chapter Leadership Summit 2025

Mr. Carlos Barliso, PYAP Maghaway Cluster President and City Federation President, together with the SK Chairperson of Barangay Maghaway - Hon. Merly Labrador, participated in the PYAP - City of Talisay, Cebu Chapter Leadership Summit 2025 held at Cebu Club Fort Med, Boljoon, Cebu on July 18–19, 2025. The event, themed “ : PYAP Talisay in Action,” aimed to empower youth leaders across the city.
