Yesterday marked the successful conclusion of the second day of ๐๐€๐†๐‡๐”๐‹๐Œ๐€: ๐’๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž, a leadership training designed to prepare the Supreme Secondary Learner Government for the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities of School Year 2026โ€“2027.

More than a training, PAGHULMA also served as our ๐Ÿ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐†๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , providing an opportunity for us to collaborate, exchange ideas, and discussing for the General Plan of Action that will guide our initiatives and programs for the school year ahead.

As we prepare for the opening of another academic year, participants were reminded that leadership is not measured by titles or positions, but by oneโ€™s willingness to serve, inspire, and create a positive impact within the school community.

Yesterday, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government successfully conducted the first day of its Leadership Training 2026 with the theme, โ€œPAGHULMA: Shaping Youth Leaders with Integrity and Purpose.โ€

The opening day served as a meaningful opportunity for student leaders to strengthen connections, deepen their understanding of leadership responsibilities, and develop essential skills necessary for effective student governance. Through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and insightful learning sessions, participants were encouraged to reflect on the values of integrity, accountability, service, and purpose-driven leadership.

As future leaders of our school community, the participants were reminded that leadership is not merely about holding a position, but about inspiring others, making responsible decisions, and serving with sincerity and commitment.

This marks only the beginning of a journey dedicated to shaping empowered, competent, and purpose-driven student leaders who are ready to make a positive impact within and beyond the school community.

What many people saw were two successful programs in one day. What they didnโ€™t see were the preparations, the follow-ups, the last-minute practices, the rushing from one venue to another, the problem-solving, the teamwork, and the countless efforts behind every detail.

From the ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐š๐๐š ๐„๐ฌ๐ค๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ๐š ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  to the ๐“๐ซ๐ข๐›๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐š๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐จ๐ง, our SSLG Family and partners worked hand in hand to make every moment possible; chose to show up, step up, and give their best.
