Your parents paid for your flight tickets, your tuition fees, accommodation, house rent, etc. just for you to be successful and make our country and your family proud.

Yes, we know we can't question God.
And at the same time, death can come through so many means that we can't explain.

But there are avoidable mistakes and safety measures that could help to keep one safe.

Please, the school management should give us clear details on what happened, especially to his family.

I keep asking these questions:

1) Who was their coach during the training, the one there to oversee them and make sure they were okay?
2) Were there no safety measures considering this was a training for young students?
3) How long did it take for them to realize there was a problem when they didn’t notice this young guy swimming?

LEADERSHIP

A leader’s duty is to serve. You’re to serve the people you are leading by knowing their wellbeing, what is affecting them, and what is impacting them through your leadership.

One thing you should know as a leader: you’re not going to lead perfect people. You’re going to lead normal people, crazy people, sick people, etc. If you know you don’t have the capacity to tolerate, endure, give correction and still lead with love, step down or don’t bother accepting the position.

If we were all perfect, that means we wouldn’t need a leader.
