We thought our Leadership Training would end up with notes and lessons.

But it didn't.

We cried. We shared stories. We saw each other's soft side โ€” the exhaustion, the pressure, and the reason why we chose to stay and serve.

Behind every strong leader is a tired heart that still chooses to continue.
