In the spirit of service and unity, the Kabalikat Civic Communicators Philippines Inc. (KCCPI) 700th Station (Main), under the leadership of KC701-03 Baltazar "Billy" Labarejos, KCCPI 701 President with the full support of the other KCCPI 701 BOD, Operations Team leaders and Different Unit team leader Heads successfully deployed its personnel during the Sinulog Mohon | Street Dancing 2026 held on February 8, 2026, at the Santo Niño Mohon Talisay City, Cebu. Parade of Niño 2026, Santo Niño Fluvial Procession 2026, Translacion 2026.

The deployment was strengthened through the combined efforts of KCCPI 701st Station (Talisay City) and 700 Station (Cebu City) personnels.

Throughout the duration of the Translacion, Fluvial Procession, Parade of Niño, unto Santo Niño Mohon Sinulog, KCCPI Augmentated personnel actively performed crowd control, maintained effective communication, and assisted coordinating agencies to help ensure the safety, orderliness, and smooth flow of participants, judges, and spectators. Deployed teams were strategically positioned along key areas of the parade route, facilitating timely information relay and immediate response to developing situations.

Through our shared commitment in public service. Our dedicated presence underscored the professionalism, discipline, and readiness of KCCPI volunteerism in providing reliable civic communication and public assistance during the Fiesta Señior Santo Niño Mohon City of Talisay, Cebu. 2026.

"OPERATION TINO"
November 5,2025 to November 9, 2025

In response to the directive issued by the Hon. Samsam Gullas, Mayor of Talisay City, through the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), requesting augmentation for clearing and relief operations in the aftermath of Typhoon Tino, the Kabalikat Civic Communicators Philippines Inc. (KCCPI) mobilized personnel from its 700th Station (Cebu City) and 701st Station (Talisay City) to assist in the ongoing operations.

The operation was spearheaded by KC701-03 Baltazar Labarejos, President of the KCCPI 701st Station, and KC700-09 Wynston Nogra, Operations Director of the KCCPI 700th Station.

Deployed personnel assisted in the following tasks:

- Clearing of debris and obstruction along affected roadways.
- Communication support and coordination with the Talisay City DRRMO.
- Assistance in the distribution of relief goods to affected families.
- Monitoring and relay of field updates to the command post for situational awareness.

All activities were conducted in close coordination with the Talisay City DRRMO and other responding agencies to ensure unified and effective response operations.

The KCCPI remains committed to its advocacy of public service through communication support and volunteerism, extending assistance to affected communities during times of disaster and emergency.

"OPERATION TINO"
NOV. 04, 2025 TUESDAY

In response to the directive of Talisay City Mayor Hon. Samsam Gullas through the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) to augment rescue and clearing operations, the Kabalikat Civic Communicators Philippines Inc. (KCCPI) — 700th (Cebu City) and 701st (Talisay City) Stations — promptly deployed personnel to assist in the ongoing operations in areas affected by Typhoon Tino.

The operation was spearheaded by KC701-03 Baltazar Labarejos, President of KCCPI 701st Station, together with KC700-09 Wynston Nogra, Operations Director of KCCPI 700th Station. The KCCPI teams worked in close coordination with the Talisay City DRRMO and the Armed Forces of the Philippines – AFP VISCOM to conduct rescue and clearing activities in Palm River Subdivision, one of the areas that sustained major damage due to flash floods triggered by Typhoon Tino.

During the operation, the joint KCCPI and AFP teams successfully conducted rescue efforts from the affected vicinity. The team also facilitated the retrieval of one (1) casualty in the area.

The Kabalikat Civic Communicator Philippines Inc. (KCCPI) - 701st Station (Talisay Chapter) received a call coming from our Mother Chapter KCCPI700 Station, Cebu City KC700-09 Wynston Nogra, to setup a Base Radio at the EOC. Lead by KC701-03 Baltazar Labarejos, KCCPI Operation Committee and KC701-16 Niño Neil Largo, KCCPI Repeater/ Radio Committee. In preparations against Typhoon Tino.

The deployement is to Install and Setup Two Base Radios, and two 4 Loops Stand Alone antenna at Mayors Office City of Talisay, Cebu. For there Radio Communication at the Emergency Operation Center. It will be serve as a main working radio calling out all through-out the Twenty-Two Barangays here in City of Talisay. And one Push On Cellular Radio (POC).

This initiative reflects KCCPI is continuing the commitments in volunteerism at the Public Service, and Community Response and Support during in this time of Calamity and Disaster.

The Kabalikat Civic Communicators Philippines, Inc. (KCCPI) – 700th Station (Cebu City) personnel, led by KC700-21 Rene Paulo Datan, KCCPI Operation Team Leader, under the supervision of KC700-09 Wynston Nogra, KCCPI Operation Director, together with the KCCPI 701st Station (Talisay City, Cebu) headed by KC701-03 Billy Labarejos, KCCPI 701st Team Leader, were deployed as Marshals and Communicators during the Halloween Run Cebu 2025 “Run for a Cause” held at Robinsons Galleria Cebu on October 25, 2025.

The team provided communication assistance and on-ground coordination throughout the event, ensuring safety and smooth flow of operations during the fun run.

The KCCPI would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to Team ADR Race Management, headed by Mr. Dwight Velasco, for the continued trust and partnership during fun run events.

The Kabalikat Civic Communicators Philippines Inc. (KCCPI) – 700th Station (Cebu City) and 701st Station (Talisay City) – proudly deployed its personnel as Marshals and Communicators during the Talisay City Half Marathon held on October 12, 2025 (Sunday) at the Talisay City Hall Grounds.

The deployment was led by KC700-09 Wynston Nogra, Operations Director, and KC701-Baltazar Labarejos, Operations Team Leader, under the supervision of KC700-07 Paulino Villacarlos, KCCPI President.

KCCPI personnel actively assisted in ensuring communication coordination, participant safety, and smooth traffic flow throughout the marathon event, reflecting the organization’s continuing commitment to public service and community support.
