As a true Boholano leader, Herben has carried our provinceโ€™s identity, courage, and humility with him throughout the national assembly. His election is not just a personal achievement โ€” it is a victory for every young Boholano who dreams of leading, serving, and shaping a better future.

Through years of grassroots work, community development, and youth empowerment, he has shown what it means to listen, to unite, and to build bridges across divisions. His role as Presiding Officer is a testament to his integrity, dedication, and unwavering passion for public service.
