Welcome to our page, dedicated to sharing the stories, hopes, and aspirations of the resilient people of Nocnocan Island through fun and inspiring creative storytelling. Nocnocan Island is the smallest and most isolated island in Talibon, Bohol. As one of the frontliners in the climate crisis, our community is already experiencing the impacts of sea-level rise, stronger typhoons, and other effects
of climate change. What You’ll Discover on our Page:
Inspiring Stories: Hear from the heart of Nocnocan Island as we share personal tales of resilience, hope, and community spirit. Creative Storytelling: Enjoy a mix of traditional and modern storytelling methods that bring our island's culture and challenges to life. Climate Action: Learn about the real-time impacts of climate change on our community and how we adapt and fight back. Our mission is to inform, inspire, and contribute to the global collection of community stories for climate action. We believe sharing our experiences can foster greater understanding and drive meaningful change.
